Never again!
Paid for products including postage only to find out I had to drive 3 miles to post office depot to collect and pay £3 30 because sender didn't cover postage. First order and the last I'm afraid. Also delivery took too long.

My order never arrived
My order never arrived, and I never got an answer to my emails or phone calls to try and follow it up.

I've not received the product yet
I've not received the product yet. I thought it said delivery was 2-3 days and it's been about 10 days. Judging by the other reviews I'm not confident I'll receive it.
Update - I have checked my emails and junk folder and there's no email advising about the stock issue and I've not received a refund.

I emailed you the day after you placed your order to advise that there was a stock issue.
And asked if you would rather wait for the product or that i cancel the order.
Your order has now bee cancelled within line with karlna shipping policy.
I am again sorry and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

I don’t give a rating for the service, I had to go to Royal Mail and pay £3.50 delivery. Not very happy at all.

I am sorry to hear that there has been an issue with postage with this order.
We use royal mail buisness account so should not be an issue.
When you emailed us about this the other dag i said i would make a refund for the inconvenience and asked if you could sent a photo of the package so i can pass on to royal mail account manager so we could bring it with them.
