I made a subscription for 3 issues of the World of Cruising Magazine back in June. I only got 1 issue. I have emailed the company, to the email address provided in my subscription confirmation, several times, but I have not got any kind of answer at all.
The one magazine I got was surprisingly good and promising, but it ended there. They do not have any customer service at all.
I’m unconvinced this is a real company. Their phone number and email goes to “real response media”. The text constantly and when I block, just text from a different number. Some weird scam.
Re the response: No, it's not that easy to cancel the texts. I tried everything and nothing worked until I actually rang up and spoke to someone on the phone. I tried to opt out-the text kept coming. And "opting in" means entering one of their competitions.

World of Cruising offers its customers the opportunity to find the best cruise offers on the marketing from the 1000's of cruises available and helps new cruisers establish what type of cruise and cruise line would suit them. Anyone receiving either email or SMS offers would have opted in to do so, and can opt out or change their preferences at any time. I hope this helps, or puts your mind at rest.

Once went to their website now get texts that I cannot stop from them. If that wasn't bad enough, they have obviously sold my number to other cruising companies. Got over 10 messages from these companies just this week.
AVOID. I am reporting each spam message to the government agency. You should too if you get any. Just send the text to 7726 in the uk.

Sick of getting messages from Worldofcruising . I have never contacted this company . Not easy to remove them from texts . They ignore my messages . Horrendous company and daily nuisance

We have made the process of opting out of marketing messages much easier to avoid any issues, but anyone receiving them has opted in to receive them and 1000's have saved lots of money of the fantastic deals our partners provide.
