If i could give 0 i would brought a ruck sack for mobility scooter and it came apart on one of the handals and they would not do anything about it and it was first time of using it. Tried to say i put walking stick or crutches in it that was to big for it when itold them i dont use either they said i pulled it a part

I bought a Rollz Motion Electric from World of Mobility Newton Abbot. My wife chose it because she wanted to try walking more with a Rollator, and the electric assist to help me push my wife in the wheelchair, as my cancer meds are making me weaker.
I parked the wheelchair beside my car put the brakes on opened the car door and the wheelchair rolled back luckily I caught it.
I told World of Mobility who told me to adjust the brakes on a brand new Rollz Electric.
I did adjust the brakes as I wanted it to work for both my wife and I.
The problem was that once the brakes were adjusted to hold a person seated in Rollz Electric Motion, the brake levers became very stiff and unworkable.
This went on for 6 months before I got refunded.
World of Mobility still owe me £50 for a report World of Mobility asked for.
I called Lloyd yesterday for my money, and he was very angry and told me I was not getting my £50. Great behaviour for a Director
Photo of person using a hoist is NOT of what they ship. PLUS They claim to be out of stock while still showing in stock (showed 3 in stock when I ordered 8:20 am yesterday, still showing 2 in stock today; they claim they shipped 14 to a care home yesterday morning; I say nonsense).
WORSE: They said they have refunded me BUT HAVE NOT.
WORSE: They are now harrassing me via my sales listings on the likes of eBay
