I bought sunglasses, fair quality, good price

I bought sunglasses, they arrived a little quicker than expected and were well packaged. It was all quite easy and prices are good. I was worried in case it was a scam company but could see they been online along time and mixed reviews. I trust mixed reviews more than when they make out a company is perfect. I just wish i could buy some sunshine to use my new sunglasses now.
Honestly prices are good, items pretty good but genuine company and safe

Hi John, we contacted you direct but had no reply. Your item arrived on time and as expected. Why you decided to put a review straight after ordering i do not know. Yes Trust Pilot send email after ordering but that does not mean you have to review straight away. It certainly does not mean put a false negative review in. Hope your product was useful.

The WorldOfShops, poor performance.

The WorldOfShops item was ordered in the usual way & confirmed by them.
I was then told that the item was 'updated' & to 'see link'. No link was presented.
They advertise products without checking the items are available.
Why should customers waste their time doing this job for them?
If an item is 'upgraded', don't show the old, unavailable item!
Very disappointed.

The item was upgraded due to quality assurance. We offered the upgraded version (almost identical) with additional features. Although item cost more, it was also offered to you at no extra cost. These items are up to 80% cheaper as they are direct from over 2000 different manufactures. We are consistantly working with these companies to improve products. We also remove items that do not meet our high quality assurance expectations. If an item is removed or upgraded, it is to protect you. It is easier for us to send an item that people want, but is poor quality. The fact we will do all we can to ensure you only get good quality should mean 5 stars not 1 star. Its because we want to give a good service that we are forced to drop products or force companies to upgrade them.

I want to returnthey are too small. I am 72 why would i want to keep them.Give me an address and i will post them.

Boots are too small, more like a size 4 than 5. Will not answer emails unable to return. Ignoring all communication.

Hi Carol, We received one email at 8am the day this was posted. We have since replied but not received answer from you. We sent a reply at 19:40 hrs last night. It would be preferable if customers with an issue let us assist us and be honest and truthful about customer service. We have checked both the automated and manual system and only email received was same day this was put up. We most certainly do not ignore any communications.
Update - sellers be aware - we provided Carol Rowe with evidence of reply to her communication same day- too address carolrowe680@yahoo.com which is only address supplied. Carol Rowe has refused to acknowledge this and appears to be attempting to keep item and get refund. The size ordered is size sent, however we work with customers if not happy. What Carole appears to be doing is a form of Theft

The item was £12.95 including postage for a dress. That is half the price as retailers selling same item. These are not same quality as River Island but we believe value for money.
These are a best seller but we take on your feed back and will ensure quality meets expectations.

Item took 3 weeks but considering the price was low and the quality was high, and the service was brilliant - I'll definitely shop here again!
