I had given my Armani watch for service and it's been over a month they center does not have a clue what is wrong with the watch.They charged a handsome amount as service charges and did a shoddy job in a first attempt on the second attempt to service it they still don't have a concrete answer.
It’s over 60 days now since I ordered…
It’s over 60 days now since I ordered the watch. The courier lost it and then it arrived on my doorstep. Wrong watch. I contacted customer service and sent in pictures as requested. That was over a week ago. I also tried waiting on hold for over an hour. The customer service is very slow and so far are not responsive. Should be returned and the right one sent out. How hard is that?

This company is horrible, I ordered an item on Dec 16th. They stated it would delivered within 3-5 business days....I'm writing this review Dec28th, not even shipped out yet!!!! No tracking # etc, extremely disappointed. Do not order from this site, unless you want to be scammed of your hard earned money.

Bought a mido multifort chronograph automatic men's watch m025.627.16.061.00 and received unboxed one with a a watch without plastic covering no warranty card, looks like already used, and cant set date because couronne cant go to second position, I am totally disappointed.
Terrible, not all reliable company
Terrible terrible. I ordered a watch. Waited 3 weeks for a reply. They said it's in stock..then not in stock...then they think it's coming to now it's not coming and they will refund me....this is prob my last order from them. Not reliable

Empty box delivered! No response! Refund my money!!
I purchased some Tom Ford sun glasses from world of watches, the box arrived this was empty! The base of the box has a sticker on it stating “Missing item” I have contacted world of Watches and sent images of the empty box, requesting a refund. Initially I had a reply from Tara@world of watches, I am now not receiving any communication from them!
Really poor customer service! Give me my money back!!!

I cancelled an order for some reason and after cancellation i wanted cancellation mail for my bank.After many tries of messaging to them I didnt get cancellation mail at all and they couldnt solved my problem. its hard to chat with their support.

The WOW colleague responding to this review is trying to trivialize their theft by deception and to turn it into a REDDIT thread for her readers.
09/11/2024 -- I ordered a new watch. It arrived on 09/23/2024 and did not work.
09/24/2024 -- Tara wrote “… you have the option of taking the watch locally for a battery change and we will be able to reimburse you up to $[20 ] with a provided receipt.” There is no mention that I would be required to email my driver’s license and credit card to receive the promised reimbursement. I emailed the receipt on 10/03/2024.
10/03/2024 to 11/12/2024 – I emailed Tara weekly to follow-up on my reimbursement. Many times my emails went unanswered and twice Tara asked me to provide the receipt again.
11/12/2024 – For the first time, I was asked to email my ID and account information.
11/12/2024 - 11/22/2024 - WOW does not have a secure online portal. WOW won't provide a USPS mail. They state that email is a secure format for transmitting sensitive information. :-(
11/22/2024 - I filed with the BBB and I mailed my ID and credit card info to the USPS address on your website, namely,

11/26/2024 -- Devi wrote “My manager has confirmed that we can issue the $15 refund via your PayPal account. Could you kindly provide your PayPal account details so we can proceed with the refund? Additionally, we would greatly appreciate it if you could consider removing your negative review. We value your feedback and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.”
Again, there is no mention that I needed to email my ID and account information. Devi only asked for my Paypal account to process the reimbursement. I responded with 15 minutes of her request.
12/03/2024 – in the update #3 “…after all, $15 is a lot of money to chase after, right?” suggests that the WOW colleague missed the point. Taking someone’s money by deception is a shameful business practice.
12/04/2024 – “… just a kind little ask for your consideration…” return my cash today.
12/04/2024 - I have sent a request for payment through Paypal.
12/09/2024 - Why am I sending waiting for this $15 reimbursement? It has been more than two weeks since I mailed my ID and credit card info. It has also been more than two weeks since I sent my Paypal info.

The company has no customer service. No one answers the phones and email responses take a week and do not resolve issues. Super disappointed. Disputing it with my credit card since I cannot get someone to send me a label to return the watch.

Slow shipping
When I ordered the watch on Monday, September 9, I choose two-day shipping. I got a notice later that day that it had been "shipped" when, in fact, only a label had been generated. It didn't actually get into UPS' hands until two days later. It was for my wife's birthday on that Friday. The two-day shipping should've gotten it there Wednesday but, instead, it arrived on her birthday (and I wasn't certain it'd arrive then either).
Please don't say it has "shipped" until it actually has been shipped.
