Good selection of garden tools at very competitive prices and fast delivery.

Ordered 3 Wolf items on 10th in time for delivery on my son's birthday on 15th. Goods finally shipped on 30th because one very common item was out of stock. I asked for an alternative (slightly more expensive) which was refused.
Result: disappointed giver and receiver, neither will use this company again.

Ordered from these guys just before Christmas and Irma arrived in 2 days. Perfect. Although there was a slight defect in manufacture the smcustomer support team were fantastic with communication and are sending out a replacement. Super product and wonderful customer support. Thanks guys.

Although my partner has garden tools from this company we were unable to find what we needed locally.I found the website and ordered a tree saw which fits into the pole we have to reach high branches of our fir tree.
The price was competitive so I went ahead and ordered it.The delivery was free and it only took 2 days.Really good customer service and I would happily recommend and use this company again.

The one thing that puts me off to going back and buying from a company on the internet is bad delivery. (I don't buy from companies that use Hermes/Evri for example.)
However from the competitive pricing and an easy to use website from World of Wolf to the quick and accurate delivery time from the delivery company, everything was spot on.
I will have no hesitation to recommend this company to my friends and family. Thankyou.

Lost one star because they are offering bundle deals but in my case it was cheaper to buy one bundle and add another item instead of buying the complete bundle. Just do your sums before buying.

Very good service/delivery time, good price when compared with other shops. However, lost one star due to excessive amount of plastic packaging - please work to reduce this!

“Beware when ordering from here as mine was a disaster from start to finish.
Next day guaranteed delivery, WRONG! My parcels were in two separate packages, one was delivered the other wasn't. 1st parcel was delivered in an unsealed box and was faulty. Rang to get it replaced but all had the same fault so a refund would be forthcoming on receipt of returned goods. Day 2, faulty item collected along with the delivery of the second item which was packed in soaking wet cardboard. Just have to take their word that the item is collected as no proof provided by carrier which is WRONG.
Emailed Wolf Garten to ask for refund immediately now that the faulty item has been collected so I could purchase another. Friday afternoon so very conveniently didn't respond so now have to wait until at least Monday. Wish I could include photos to show how bad it all was. Their mistake but I have to suffer because of it. Back to my tried and trusted Amazon

Product ordered seemed not to fit the pole I had and no phone service or response to emails. Eventually, because of MY INITIAL adverse review, someone emailed me and I found it was my mistake and the product DID fit the pole I had!

I bought the window cleaning brush and squidgy, along with the gutter cleaning bundle, 140cm handle, and a few other smaller attachments. They came in two boxes, both were in limp cardboard boxes, 4 layers of brown parcel tape, and massive holes in the boxes. I doubt this was caused by the courier, so begs the question why World of Wolf let it leave their warehouse in the state it did?

Looking past the shipping experience, I’ve cleaned the windows both upstairs and down, and I have no complaints about that.

The gutter cleaning solution simply doesn’t fit our gutters as the tiles hang over too much to allow the head or scoop to fit in. Not sure really how this could be solved, and I haven’t even considered how stable the telescopic brush would be fully extended trying to scoop out the mess in the gutter…

The other heads feel a little loose in the handles, but only time will tell how long they last.

We ordered a compresser on eBay and it hasn't been marked as delivered so can't leave a comment there.
Can't fault this company, customer service is excellent, there was a fault on compressor, phoned up and was told engineer would phone back, 2 minutes later we spoke to engineer, pick up arranged for repair, returned fully working in 2 days. Excellent after care service, polite, efficient, would highly recommend.

Had a problem with one of the items I brought. I got in contact with them there now sending a replacement. 5* customer service!

Always good to review a company that provides such excellent service and prompt delivery. I have now made several purchases and would continue to go to them first.

Two stars for customer service but four for most of the tools. I contacted WoW to ask why I had a buy yet another handle (this time telescopic in addition to the FOUR fixed length ones I already have) for a pruning saw attachment. I was told that WoW is just the UK import agent and can't be expected to answer questions around design philosophy. Isn't it WG's biggest selling point that the tools and handles are interchangable? (but apparently they're not entirely).

THE place to come to for wolf garten tools, always the most competitive on price, great customer service and speedy delivery. The one time I had a problem they replaced quickly without me having to return the faulty item. Wolf garten tools are superb and long lasting, I'd highly recommend.

I bought a professional pruning saw + telescopic handle some years ago and found it to be excellent.

Recently decided to replace my broken loppers (cheap ones from Aldi). Looked around on-line and decided the RR900T looked strong and would meet my requirements. Placed an order on line but it did not go through due to an error my end.
Emailed Worldofwolf to check if order received and request warranty details (10 years). Very prompt helpful replies.
Then placed order online after opening an account and no problems this time. Loppers received five days after order! Which is excellent service in current Covid situation.
Have used loppers and found them to be excellent. Sturdy handles even when fully extended and excellent 50 mm cut size.
At maximum cut size short handles are 1.14 m apart and extended handles are 1.6m apart.
I would recommend this product and think it is good value for a premium lopper.
