Worldstrides Must Improve their Customer Service

This year I went to this company to take a trip with my students to Washington DC. Everything was going well until I took my private trip for teachers and there were numerous red flags for me. We had been invited to tour the White House and the Capital with our Senator and they were not open to changing the itinerary.
Then the worst happened. Our donor for the cost of the trip failed to come through with the money. When I went to cancel the trip is when things changed. Worldstrides was no longer a helpful company, but threw up road blocks for us to cancel the trip. They actually wanted a couple of my students who could afford to go on their on to fly to DC, be met by total strangers. These students were 12-14!
They still have not let me cancel, and when I call they will not let me speak to a manager or a supervisor. No one there is willing to help me now that I'm not making them more money.
My parents are naturally upset with the money they have put into this trip and I'm angry at the misrepresentation and the lack of compassion from those that work there.
Be wary of this company.
