Dreadful outfit. Haven't delivered product, lied continually regarding delays and now refusing to answer emails.

I will now try to get a refund but not hopeful.

We had our tour booked with this TRAVEL AGENCY ACCOM. They were helpful in cancelling and refunded our money given the COVID-19 situation.

Awful company ordered 4th June no conformation e-mail money taken for two items , only wanted one and 14 days later nothing has arrived What a scam, keep clear

Terrible company. I ordered March 7th and it is now May 18th. Still waiting. What a scam!!!!

awful awful company do not use them, having purchased 2 items , they then offered me the same items at £5 cheaper - so I have tried num,erous times to cancel the order - the cust service reps ignore all my requests and just write 'your order is on its way' next stop for me is trading standards.
Then I have a call from my credit card provider saying they think there has been fraudulant action on my card
dont buy from them,

KEEP AWAY. TERRIBLE COMPANY . I ORDERED 2 AIRFRESHNERS FOR MY CAR. NEVER TURNED UP. AFTER CHASING AND PROMISED HAD BEEN SHIPPED STILL NEVER TURNED UP. NO REFUND. NO GOODS. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS!!!!

I wish I could give this place less than one star
Almost four weeks no product
They ship from China and they use that as the excuse for not shipping
No tracking no refund no product

Ordered an air freshener for my daughters car on 7th December , it finally arrived today the 29th January . Sent numerous emails chasing delivery with no reply , I then sent an email saying I would go to social media & suddenly got a reply within 15 mins , I will not be using this company again , very poor communication & hence service!

We arrived in Rome ready to check in with paid voucher in hand. Had booked with Travel Agent to avoid any glitches upon arrival in Rome. Apartment had not been paid for, landlord had not received monies and it was 12 hours difference in time with my travel agent. Luckily, I was able to find an apartment through Air BnB and we were able to enjoy our stay but this was a terrible way to start our trip. Now I must file with my trip insurance to get my money back.

I am an agent who focuses completely on Italy. I just received an email from worldwide-accom informing me that they will be unable to honor the reservations for two families that I have paid IN FULL. Of course, they will not answer their phones but I am sure I won't be seeing my money from them anytime soon. Stay away.

We’ve booked apartments and villas around the world for about a decade and this is a company we know we can trust. Easy-to-follow web page, great (and realistic) pics of places to stay, masses of detail and they have all the systems in place to register and track your booking without any fuss. Their pick up service is excellent too. We‘ve especially loved the Rome apartments, from just off the Via Condotti, to a cute apartment right near the Campo dei fiori. We had a wonderful borgo in Tuscany too. Really interesting and wide range of accommodation choices. We’ve only ever had one problem with an apartment and these guys solved it so quickly, so professionally that we are customers for life.

Hi, we had accommodation arranged in Rome with Boutique Habitats. We rented 2 apartments each for a week, on arrival and just before departing Europe on the family holiday of a lifetime. Both apartments were as great as they appeared in the photos, clean, thoughtfully provisioned for do-it-yourself catering and in great central locations. We did have a slight problem with the heater at one, but, just a phone call and it was fixed the same day.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Great people to deal with.

Cannot speak highly enough of these guys, I was worried at first booking online but I felt totally at ease from the get go. Incredible apartment, everything and more than we had expected. We're already planning our next trip to Rome this time, the only problem is that there are so many great apartments to choose from!

The Mura Latine is located in a very nice area. The apartment complex is green and clean. The apartment itself is neat and clean with spacious rooms. The kitchen had ample equipment except the washing machine for clothes was not spinning well to dry off the clothes a bit. The shower enclosure needs to be repaired as the doors were difficult to close. Over all, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nearby were restaurants and a supermarket where we purchased most of our everyday necessities.
