Just two words "Be Careful" while dealing with them, my experience been horrid, upfront they claim and collected 100% fees and collected required docs, and then every 2 weeks something or the other creep up asking for other records/dates/ etc. pretty vague which already I mentioned of not having at the start of the discussion and then post assurance I paid in full and then the drama unfolds, the sales person will banish & stop responding & the case person will come up with new ask every now & then, finally after 2 months wasting my time, energy, money gave up. So please " Stay away " again two words I can advice.

Not knowing what a client needs before hand, very pathetic

We finally received our ECA report. It was for my spouse. The agency is good that you can rely upon to get your transcripts; however, they lack professionalism. The promises made by the sales team were not kept by the delivery team. It took us more than two months to get the transcripts. Moreover, they don’t have much information about the types of institutions in India and they don’t know what to do when a unique case is put on the table. Our’s was an autonomous college affiliated to a university; but they were blank when university denied to issue the transcripts and they were supposed to get it from the college. Anyways, all well that ends well. Thank you for support!!

Big scam they took 2 months of time to provide my own provided documents and insisting me to beleive that these Xerox copy is itself transcript. What a big scam! Should sue this first

Great service with minimal follow or can say no follow up. I got my MOI almost by a week. Thanks Viany to work more than I expected.

Their support was good. They delivered the document on time, as promised. But what annoyed me the most was the follow-up mails for submitting the feedback. They should respect the time and not send many reminders and call the customers. Giving feedback is optional and cannot be made compulsory. One executive called me last week and literally forced me to submit the feedback on the same day. It was annoying. Please don't do this.
