Fabulous! Love it!

It always takes some patience to be blessed with a Wosh but when they do arrive they make my day better and my heart happy

This thing already fell apart. It has a hole in its back where the seam is coming apart. Waited like a month for it to come. Just a waste of money really.

Always a great buying experience. Wasn’t use website and fast shipping.

Item was ok but not as good as previous ones.

This was for my Niece and she loved it!!!

Firstly, the Wosh plushies from Wosh Life are unique and very cute. I have ordered three times now and each order has arrived without any problem. They do take some time to reach Australia but I expect that. Communication with Wosh Life is simple and fast with friendly updates. In fact this wold be a 5 star review except the latest Woshies get sold out far too quickly and I miss out!

This little Wosh dragon was a gift for my niece. Even though she's all grown up now, and has a little boy of her own, she's never outgrown her love of dragons. Who could, really, especially when they're as precious as this one? Of course, she thinks this little dragon is very nice indeed! Her son likes him, too, so he'll have a happy home for many long years to come.

My daughter was very excited and happy with her Wosh. Any smile from her is a very positive thing!!

Communication issues abound.
I feel like this was maybe a one-off scenario, but it was still really frustrating. I ordered my Wosh and it didn't ship for over two weeks (I ordered it early as a gift, got here 1 week+ late). I reached out more than once and didn't get a response. Finally received a response that let me know their warehouses had been closed for Lunar New Year (totally fine, but maybe advertise slower shipping?) But on that note, the warehouses were closed, no mention of the UK based company being closed as well, which is where I would assume a response would come from. (Again, not a massive deal, but maybe some communication if you're going to be unavailable for a stretch of time.)
On top of poor communication, nothing was offered apart from a short apology - I'm not saying I want anything free, but hey, maybe knock off the shipping when I'm receiving late communication about an order I'm going to get very late.
When I finally received my Wosh, they were notably different sizes, despite being part of an identical bundle.

The item eventually arrived and was great. My annoyance was in getting 5 separate “how was your order?” emails long before my order finally arrived.

Once my bundle of wosh finally arrived I have sat them all together with my other wosh characters, I have one of every one there is, even limited edition ones, they all get plenty of cuddles and are such a nice shape, just right to hold on to, I definitely recommend any of the wosh family for companionship, they are always happy to listen, they never judge you or argue, but the best thing they give is 🫂 hugs... I'm off to find a wosh now, take care and look after your wosh, they move out if you don't love them enough, and you need to work really hard to get them to come back again...
