I've been trying to reach this company by email (a week ago) and phone message (2 days ago) as well as ringing frequently but always getting a message. When I looked at Trustpilot I found a couple of bad reviews, especially about communication. One of them was on June 16th 2016, followed by 5 more reviews with the same date, different names, and all of them 5 star reviews. Can this be a coincidence?

Not sure this company in business or scam. Ordered items in January. They do not answer phone or emails other than the initial one when I questioned receipt for order which was for just over £1000.00 Had to get card company involved. Have given 1 star only so I could leave this message to warn others not to part with monies until you have done full research on this so called company. The products they advertise look great it is a pity that they do not follow through with there customer care or products. To be honest I am still not sure if this is a scam outfit. Wotever have replied to this review on this page on here but to this date have still not contacted me directly or have in the past other than the first contact mentioned. Again this person has answered my updated review on this site and again no direct contact with me. Quite welcome to share my inbox to show that I have not received any updated mail from this company since asked them initially for receipt. I stand by my 1 star.

I absolutely love this stunning picture of London. The picture is in black and white and when the LED lights are on you could almost be there. The Seller was so helpful and professional. It was delivered on time and securely packaged. My family and friends always compliment me on the picture. I cannot recommend Wotever highly enough. Well Done.

I ordered our chair at the end of March expecting a 3-4 week delivery after 6 weeks I phoned to be asked "haven't you got it yet" so nobody tracks if orders have been delivered. I was then told it had been missed off the shipment and would be delivered week beginning 13th June we finally took delivery on 22nd June! I would be very wary of ordering anything again!
