Obviously this company is just a scam. Never received my order. Sent numerous emails but no response was received by me. They take your money and run! Avoid this company!

NO COMMUNICATION....NO EMAIL......NOTHING ....AND HAVE NO IDEA IF MY ORDER IS GOING TO BE SHIPPED. I PLACED MY ORDER WEEKS AGO. READING THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I CANCELED MY ORDER.
Still waiting on my soap its been three months now and NOTHING theres no number to contact ANYONE?! and no email no nothing
Worst online shopping experience ever. Item arrived very late, arrived damaged, struggling to get a refund. They don't respond through their info@wotika email and there's no customer service number. They have an amazon.com shop and have responded with standard messages stating they have responded via email and not to contact them on Amazon as the order was not put through that way. I continue to badger them on Amazon though as they don't message back on the info@... email. The company is based in Spain and owned by the Pg group and they have a contact number. However emailed them too and are equally useless. It's been over 2 months since my order, I would suggest paying a little more for your items and buying from eBay or Amazon and avoiding scammers and unethical companies like Wotika.
NO COMMUNICATION NO EMAIL NOTHING AND HAVE NO IDEA IF YOUR PRODUCT IS COMING
OPENED UP DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL FOR MONEY BACK DO NOT BOTHER
Pros: competitive pricing
Cons: no email confirmation of order, no advice of dispatch, no postal tracking facility, you can't contact the company
Sumary: Once you order you have no idea what's going on. you can't contact the company at all to enquire. The only thing you know for sure is the payment on your credit card. I came close to telling the credit card company to cancel the payment then, three weeks later, my order arrived. Best avoided.
WE RECEIVED WHAT WAS ORDERED AND IT WAS PROPERLY PACKAGED. HOWEVER DELIVERY TOOK 26 DAYS AND THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE COMPANY, SO WE WONDERED IF WE HAD BEEN SCAMMED UNTIL IT ARRIVED.
site gives scam vibe: promo codes do not work, sign up discount offered but never provided and site always showing some sort of transaction error at final check out.
Overall, great value for money if were actually true
