Terrible customer service. Not ordering again.
Terrible and non existing customer service.
I wrote right after ordering and asked that they update my shipping address. They responded they can't match the address format to the Fedex label (a simple Google search for Austrian addresses would have solved this) and confirmed they won't ship anything until they hear from me. I responded and gave them 2 options for the same address, so they can match the Fedex label. Lo and behold it was already shipped. I asked them to see if it's possible to reroute (the same day) or refund. They thanked me for my understanding (of what?) and said they'd issue a refund. 5 rude emails later I see they charged me for shipping? I LOVED their bags but to have someone rude be in front of your brand is bad business.
