Terrible customer service. Not ordering again.

Terrible and non existing customer service.
I wrote right after ordering and asked that they update my shipping address. They responded they can't match the address format to the Fedex label (a simple Google search for Austrian addresses would have solved this) and confirmed they won't ship anything until they hear from me. I responded and gave them 2 options for the same address, so they can match the Fedex label. Lo and behold it was already shipped. I asked them to see if it's possible to reroute (the same day) or refund. They thanked me for my understanding (of what?) and said they'd issue a refund. 5 rude emails later I see they charged me for shipping? I LOVED their bags but to have someone rude be in front of your brand is bad business.

Looks Premium, Acts Cheap

Wrote to customer support immediately after my purchase to update my shipping address before dispatch because I realised the unit number was incorrect. No response. Then I got a notification 2 days later saying my order had already been dispatched.

Sent a follow-up email to check if my address had even been updated before they shipped it out, still no reply. I also messaged on Instagram and received nothing, despite getting a quick reply when I was asking about the product before buying.

Disappointing experience for a brand that positioned its products in higher price tier.

I won’t be purchasing again and won’t recommend it to anyone either.

I am really disappointed with the…

I am really disappointed with the customer service experience. I purchased a WOUF Lanzarote Waistbag for €59.90, and after only a few days of normal use, the closure cord came apart.

I reached out to WOUF Customer Service, attaching both the receipt and photos of the damage. After not receiving any reply, I sent a follow-up email a month later. Unfortunately, to this day, after 3 months I have not received any response at all.

For a brand that presents itself as high quality, this lack of communication is very disappointing. The product was not cheap, and I expected at least an acknowledgment of my emails, if not a solution such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

I hope WOUF improves their after-sales support in the future, because right now I cannot recommend their customer service.

Perfect!

Beautiful items and quick delivery for the UK. I took a chance after reading some negative reviews and I'm glad I did. No problem at all and will order again!
Only knocked a star off because there wasn't any tracking info which had me worried at first.
