Wound Care Shop Reviews 

I placed an order on 8 Feb 2020 for next day delivery. I followed up with an email on 9 Feb 2020. I received their reply on 17 Feb 2020 that they don't have stock for some of items (without telling me what they don't have and what can be shipped). I deeply regret placing order with WoundCareShop.

I didn't create an account when purchasing my order, then I found that I cannot track my order in that situation, so how can I know my order status? I hope that you can add a new function to track orders by order no. In your site, thank you.

I really appreciate the fast and efficient service. I highly recommend this company!

They responded to my email and gave me my order update.

No reply for the email, even the promised ship date they told me on 10 days before, but there isn't any update till now. Emailed a lot of time, no reply. Terrible experience

After confirmed the purchase, all purchase details disappeared and redirect me to home page. By then, I found out that most of the masks was sold out. However, I couldn't log in to my profile for review. I have submitted my information during the payment.
Finally sent message in your page for further enquiry about the purchase. NO one even reply my message.
Terrible online experience.

After I reviewed the customers' comment, I did not expect they can shipping the order so fast. However after I talked to one representative, it turned out they accelerated the ordering process, and I got my package this morning. Thanks anyway!
The only thing I want to complain is that it is difficult to reach them.

The people are helpful and friendly. I understand that some customers are anxious about the delivery time frame for the masks but I think it's unfair to leave negative rating due to this unusual event. Wound Care Shop tries to communicate via their website and I've been able to reach them by calling during their office hour.
