Awful shopping experience. I have placed my order on late Jan. I have sent 4 email in asking the estimated delivery time. I understand the mask supply is super tight in any medicine store so I was not making any request to push the shop to deliver as soon as possible. I just want to know the estimated time.

After one week, the shop finally replied and gave me the track number. I just received my mask and found that the shop replace my high quality mask with unknown brand low quality mask!!!! That is a fraud!!!

What a bad buying experiance!

Placed an order on 2nd Feb, was told will be ship out last Thursday/Friday but still have not heard anything. No updates or tracking#. Very disappointed especially when there is no flights from US to HK now. Can I please get an update to whether this can still be ship out within a reasonable timeframe?

I got my shipping tracking number today after placing my order in late January. I think it is very reasonable because no one is expecting such a outbreak in Aisa which leads to a severe shortage of masks in many areas!

The ordering process is good and smooth. However, after the payment is made, no update was given on when the goods are to be shipped and their whereabouts for more than a week.

Besides, I left an enquiry message in the customer service portal and no feedback is heard since then.
