Were do I begin

Were do I begin, wow travel sell the best undercarriage suitcase I've ever seen, I brought 2 from them and its so well made you cannot find another the same. I tried looking for a counter like but couldn't find anything and especially for the price its one of a kind. Also the customer service is 10 out of 10.

Shocking service

Shocking service. Ordered one underseat bag and got the Evri tracking details. They have been unable to collect despite repeated attempts. No updates given from wow-travel. I have wow-travel emailed and used chatbot but had no response to either. Seeing other similar issues reported here and their responses saying to email again but if emails where dealt with the first time we should not have to email again. Clearly not able to do their jobs. Trying to get refund equally as difficult. Would not recommend to anyone. For once not an Evri issue!

Missing parcel and bad customer service.

I ordered a luggage scale (was delivered 2 days later)and preordered an underseat cabin suitcase and it was shipped out 3 days later and then I got an email saying that the courier had an issue with collecting the parcel but they was supposed to be delivering it and then it changed and said I had to update my details for the delivery, but the first part of the order was delivered fine, I updated them anyway but it still says take action over a week later. evri doesn’t have the parcel as I have contacted them. I have also emailed wow travel 2 separate times with no response each time so customer service is very bad, as they won’t get back to me I will now have to contact my bank for the money back.

Not received no response

Pre ordered two cases

Emailed to say delayed

Tracking provided then updated saying unable to collect from sender no longer at address this was 13th of April

Several messages sent all ignored says off until monda

Although when I checked to see when they were recieving new stock which was a weekend I had a reply very quickly

Now I'm going away next week. No luggage and I now have to buy more and try to get a refund. Shocking service

From what you’ve explained, this is not how your order should have been handled. You preordered, were updated about a delay, then received tracking which later showed an incorrect message about the parcel not being collected. That is clearly confusing and not acceptable.

We also sincerely apologise for the lack of response to your messages. Being ignored while trying to resolve something urgent is frustrating, and we understand why you’re disappointed, especially after receiving a quicker reply on a separate query.

We completely understand why you’ve had to buy alternative luggage given the situation, and we’re very sorry it has come to that.

Wrong size bags delivered

Update at 13Apr - Wow Travel contacted me and apologised for their mistake. They have expedited delivery of the correct bags, which hopefully will arrive in the next day.

Original post on 11Apr26 - I ordered 2 x EasyJet sized cabin bags and instead 2 Ryan Air sized smaller bags delivered. These are needed for an upcoming trip for EasyJet. I phoned Wow Travel and got through to a disinterested person who said they are closed.

Improvement to customer service

I originally posted a review due to customer service concerns I received following an order in January.

I have since been contacted by Wow travel and was pleasantly surprised at the response and resolution of my original concerns.

They were extremely honest and owned up to the mistake and have gone over and above to resolve the issue I have. So it's for this reason I have amended my review to 4 stars.

Love this little case and it's features, both me and sister bought for travels. She's used hers and managed to get a fair bit in it, me, haven't tried yet.

I love this great small WOW aircraft…

I love this great small WOW aircraft case , its design feature of removable wheels and you can replace them when they get worn is such a great idea and extra space saver.
I was so happy I showed my Freind and tipped it upon its end and I forgot to put in my cup holder ( oh dear ) another great idea but as we all know even though I did tip it over without putting back in it's closed position, this could easily happen in the hustle and bustle of traveling .
It would have got 5 stars apart from the badly designed manufacturing of the cup holder and with a bit of extra thought this could have been made stronger .
Can anyone from Wow brand advise how I get a replacement as I've had the case less than 12 hrs and I know you can replace the wheels but can you send me a link on how to replace your cup holder ?
Such a shame this extra great idea was so badly designed ;(

Would definitely recommend

I recently bought suitcases from WOW Travel and I’m honestly so impressed! The quality is excellent — they feel sturdy, durable, and look really smart and stylish.
Both my mum and I got one, and they made our trip so easy and hassle-free. The wheels glide smoothly, they’re easy to handle, and everything felt well designed.
Customer service was fantastic and delivery was quick and seamless. Overall, such a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend WOW Travel to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality luggage!

Great Experience

I bought three underseat carry-on bags…

I bought three underseat carry-on bags from Wow Travel, and the experience was completely hassle-free. Delivery was very fast, and all three bags arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

The quality of the bags is really good. They feel well-made and better than many budget cabin bags. I especially like that the wheels can be removed from the carry-on, which makes it even more practical for different airlines and storage. The bags are lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and fit perfectly under the seat for Ryanair.

There were no issues at all with the company; everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I would definitely recommend Wow Travel and would happily order from them again.

Very good quality

Very good quality, totally passed the strict Ryanair rules, thanks to the detachable wheels (that come with a little carry pouch). Very handy cup holder, very easy to use, lightweight and the fits under the seats well. Highly recommend!

What case?!

I ordered my case on 18th January and was given a tracking number on the 20th. The tracking did not update even after my delivery window. I contacted WOW on 26th via email (as per the order email) and received no response at all.

Today, 28th I opened a chat on their website to be told they have been badly let down by their supplier, they have marked all easyjet cases as sold out on the website (they have not!) and they could give me a refund.

The fact they knew they were having issues with their supplier and didnt take any initiative to contact their customers as well as ignoring emails asking for an update, is very very poor customer service.

I was looking forward to this case for my holiday next week, now I have to search for another case that meets my needs at short notice and hope it arrives in time. There was n offer to let me know when the cases are available again and no offer of a discount on a future purchase for their poor service..... i dont want to stay steer clear, but your customers are your base and should be kept up to date as a minimum

SHITE Customer service!

I recently contacted WOW Travel regarding my order because the delivery photo provided was unclear, and I simply wanted confirmation of the delivery location. The response I received was shockingly dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of assisting or offering any support, they told me they “aren’t the courier” and to contact Royal Mail myself, stating they have the same information as me.
This is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect the retailer to take ownership and help resolve delivery issues—not push the responsibility back onto me. Their tone was cold, and there was zero effort to provide reassurance or assistance.
I will never order from WOW Travel again and strongly advise others to avoid them if you value decent customer service.

Unfortunately, Royal Mail confirmed that the information available to us was the same as what is visible on the tracking page, which is why we advised contacting them directly for further investigation, as only the courier can open certain delivery enquiries.

We always aim to support our customers and take delivery concerns seriously, even when the final control sits with the courier. We understand how frustrating unclear delivery information can be and regret that our efforts did not meet your expectations in this instance.

I am very disappointed with the…

I am very disappointed with the shipment. I wrote an email and was assured that the package would arrive on time, but it did not. Even after a tracking number was provided, it was impossible to know what was happening with the package for several days, as no information was displayed. I am very disappointed with the contact from the seller via Amazon and with the late dispatch of the package. I am extremely disappointed.

Missing suitcase & refund pending 7 days later

I don’t like to leave negative reviews however the service has been very poor.
I’ve ordered 3 suitcases previously from this company & had no issues.
So decided to reorder the new underseat cabin bag
These were on preorder 24/9/25
Was advised these had been sent 3/10/25
I checked Evri tracking 6/10/25 this confirmed they not been picked up.
I Contacted company, their reply was the suitcases weren’t in the warehouse & had been picked up.
Asked for the shipping confirmation as from my end it was still showing not been sent.
Chased again on 10/10/25 to be advised this order had been lost, they don’t know who collected this shipment as they have 2 delivery companies.
The company didn’t offer to send 2 new cases. They cancelled my order!
Offered 25% next order I asked for the discount code to reorder & they have ignored my email request.
They said they would refund my money.
Now 17/10 & money has not been received still showing pending in my PayPal account 7 days later.

Regarding the refund, this was processed on our side as soon as the issue was identified. Once a refund is issued, the timescale for it to show as completed is controlled by PayPal and the payment provider, and it can take several working days to fully clear, during which time it may appear as pending.

We completely understand how disappointing this experience was, especially given your previous positive orders with us. We regret that this order did not meet the standard you rightly expected and appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us tighten up processes going forward.
