Super helpful

Super helpful, had to cancel my order as I was not sure i would receive it on time and they were extremely helpful in trying to sort out a solution, they and even gave me discounts to use in the future. The customer service is impeccable, will be ordering from here soon.

Amazing service very detailed and fast…

Amazing service very detailed and fast responses with my questions. Updates being given to me when needed. Communication has been super smooth, very professional & helpful. My wig is already on the way and I’m so excited to receive it I really appreciate how organized and reliable they’ve been throughout this process. I can’t wait to get my wig in hand and show everyone how it looks, but based on the service alone, I already know I’ll be ordering again.

Amazing customer service

The customer service is extremely helpful and resolve any issues as quickly as they can; they are also very kind and understanding if mistakes are made! I am still waiting on the hair to arrive and will update when it does. Will also post how good the quality is on Tiktok.

Love WowA

I love their wigs one of the only companies that actually gives you what you asked for!! I also love their customer service. Their team is down to Earth. Will be shopping with them again.

Awful lace

The lace is awful sorry I had to even cut the whole lace off because it’s keeps stringing out. I’m disappointed I got this hair in June and barely wear it and I save for when going out. Not worth the £250!
