My delivery was sent to a GPO in the CBD rather than my provided address. There was no attempt to deliver to my address. The CBD isn't even the nearest AusPost office.

*Edit - they called within a few hours of me emailing and are sending a new pair. I've never had a company fix an issue so fast - very appreciative!

I was trying to order compression tights but the website glitched and I didnt realise the order went through so bought elsewhere. I then tried to cancel this order and heard nothing back. My order arrived super fast via express post, however the pants are too big, I am now trying to return them via the portal and have still heard nothing. Angry I will have had spent double $ on shipping costs to get them delivered and now have them returned when I tried to cancel before they were shipped in the first place.

Absolutely love the baby book! It is super fun and relaxing to colour in. Super quick delivery too.

They were late sending the item. It eventually got shipped express. When it arrived it was the wrong item. Told I would have to wait to they receive the item back to be sent to new one. Once they received the item proceeded to be sent by snail mail. Still waiting it. Hopeless

Excellent communication and easy purchase. The product I had purchased was unavailable and I was contacted straight away with options. Its hard to come by good customer service these days so I was very happy. The items were then shipped promptly and received very quickly. Cannot fault the dealing and will be very likely to buy from again.

Worst service ever - DO NOT BUY
They don’t send you your order, they don’t respond to emails/messages/DM’s/Calls.
I purchased a tens machine and after 3 weeks of chasing I finally got a respond, I requested to cancel and they have still not processed this.
Terribly run business and they just steal from their customers… as a business owner myself, this is so so wrong. Hoping I get my money back soon

The breast pump is great and as advertised. I was concerned at first as I didn't get any tracking information and had to follow up but I was impressed with the prompt response by the live chat option. My package didn't come to me and was instead dropped off at the post office when I looked at the package it showed the wrong number 3 instead of 13. In the confirmation email the correct address is showing however the box was addressed to number 3. So that was a hassle but im glad I got it in the end. I'd purchase from here again.
