I was given a experience for christmas, lorry driving, £69 reduced from £120, tried for days to get in touch with company i finally got through,first I chose Lichfield because it was close to me,but Lichfield does not do the experiences, then tried oxford but they wanted extra £25 for the weekend, and then they said they recommend we take extra insurance out which would cost £25 ,they said if I didn't they would charge me for any damage,first and last time using wowcher again apsalute con,now I have to go through the horror have swopping my experience,

I had originally gave a five star rating until i tried to use the apps. DO NOT BUY
"On further investigation the Coreldraw suite 2025 from Wowcher whos vender is from licenseplace.co.uk is not legit . When you load any of the apps and it says i am signed in as X-FORCE(then the email sign, this site wont allow any email address)smoked.it The app and Corel do not recognise this and wont sign in to the servers restricting the functions. The response from google is below
The message X-Force name is known as a pirated group. The software is blocked because it cannot reach Corel servers to validate the license, which is intentional in cracked software to avoid detection. Immediately request a refund via Wowcher this is not a legitimate license. and to refund your money. Even finding how to get or try to get hold of Wowcher is a nightmare i had to download whats app, i could write to them, not even an email address. Wowcher.licenseplate.co.uk is in Amsterdam and give you a phone number in Amsterdam. BE WARNED if its to good to be true its to good to be true. DONT DO IT. I have now deleted the apps

I bought 2 vouchers for a pub doing Cocktails and when we went to the pub they would not except as it was the old company but yet they are still selling them. So requested a refund which was NOT straight forward as I got credit instead. Went to try use the credit and could not as they was nowhere to tick the box to use the credit emailing them since the 2nd of February to today and all I am getting is refresh the page, try from another computer which I have done and still nothing.
I have given up and out of pocket by €30.
I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU 😡😡

Ordered 2 olive trees. These were to be delivered on or before the 17th March.
Contacted the supplier twice by emailbut have not got a response. Contacted wowcher by email and cc ed me an email to the supplier but still no response. emailed wowcher again but still awaiting a responce. No offer of a refundyet.

It took me a while to get how it works as I’m 67. But my recent purchase was very quick & easy

AVOID AVOID AVOID- This company took my money for an apartment weekend away booking. They did not pay the merchant who contacted me a week before leaving saying they could get no help or payment from them for months and if I didn't pay they would be left with no choice but to cancel. I also tried contacting them and they have the worst customer service I have ever encountered and the merchant said the same. The so called number you can call for help is permanently closed. In order to go on the trip I had to pay the person directly and now am waiting on a refund for my voucher. Absolutely appalling treatment of customers. AVOID

I see wowcher below offering help now and saying if I provide more information- even though you have refused any help up until now- just given nonsense responses. It is a booking in anjore house- if you want to help then contact us- dont pretend to be helpful on here since you got a bad review for poor service.

If I could give this Company 0 stars I would. I have bought many things off wowcher and have never had a problem until I had a problem!!!!.
Bought a matress through thier company from cloud9yn. Redeemed voucher then read the reviews of this company. Contacted the company to cancel my order less than 48hrs after so well within the 16 days that wowcher states on thier website that you have for refunds cancellations or returns. Company refused as delivery had already been paid and processed. I stated that I had done this within time limit and was ignored. Got a message regarding delivery. Messages back telling them under no circumstances to deliver this matress. This was also ignored. Second message received with a delivery date. Again messaged again ignored. 3rd message with delivery time slot. Same reply ignored again. When they rang me to deliver I told them I would decline the delivery as wanted a refund. Man very abrupt with me in the phone then out phone down on Me!!!. So no matress was delivered. This was nearly 3 weeks ago now!!!!.contacted wowcher who started a 3 way email between them myself and the company giving the company 72hrs to reply to my messages!!!! And believe me they use the whole 72hrs to make me wait. They replied saying as delivery company has been paid a full refund is not possible. The delivery charge was £5 90. I told them to keep that and just give me the difference which was £158.00. They have replied to me and wowcher 4 times now with the same message completely ignoring what I've said and a full refund is not possible. Nearly 3 weeks going round in circles with no help from wowcher Whatsoever even though thier own policy states you have 16 days. Send a message privately to wowcher via WhatsApp rather than using the 3 way email as getting absolutely nowhere and instead of replying or helping they sent the message I had sent to them to the bloody company giving them yet another 72 hours to reply to a message that wasn't even for them!!! Absolutely disgrace to treat customers this way. And to make matters even worse this company cloud9yn is STILL on wowchers website after millions of complaints allowing people to continue to be ripped off!!!this is completely unacceptable. Wowcher it is your responsibility to help out customers who have bought sub standard products via your company #reply to wowchet how much more information do you actually need!!!! And we're do i contact you?through your WhatsApp which is exactly what im doing now and am getting completely ignored!!!?????
