DO NOT USE

Order number 50392687

The offer was misleading/ false advertisement, the staff at Travelcrew were being pushy with their sales tactics with false information trying to make me pay more money than advertised. I will be taking it further if I don’t receive a full refund to original payment method only. I have given plenty of time to both Wowcher and Travelcrew to provide me with a refund, but all I get from wowcher is give us 72hrs and hear nothing and Travelcrew don’t respond to emails. I am pursuing this further as you are in breach of package tour regulations 2018 and the digital markets, competitions and consumers act 2024. I will also be reporting you to the Advertising standards Authority for false advertisement, CAA, CMA and the FCA ombudsman. And will also start the proceedings for taking this to small claims court.

I was sent an offer via a carers card…

I was sent an offer via a carers card uk email for Spotify premium with Wowcher. I took advantage of the offer as I presumed it was legit as it was sent to me by a company o trusted. It wasn’t legit at all. Total scam! I payed the £29.99 and the was asked to redeem via a dodgy site. I tried to redeem but the voucher was a fake! Avoid avoid avoid! I’ve since tried to email and have been ignored. I’m not disputing this transaction with my bank.

I'll do a charge back on the card but wow, just wow.

Impossible to cancel

The actual Wowcher was fine, but I signed up for the VIP deal and it's been impossible to cancel. You have to communicate with them via WhatsApp, but it seems they are just bots - and useless ones. Definitely DO NOT sign up for the VIP deal. Really wish I hadn't.

Wow shit!

Wow shit not Wowcher! First and last time I tried that website! I bought 3 reduced items and paid 3 times for postage so it defeats the savings in the first place … and then all 3 items were all sent in one package but when buying you cannot combine postage, there is just no option on Wowcher! The actual items came from China and the quality looks nothing like the pictures. Cheap Christmas figurines and not as nice as pictured. Very disappointed and won’t use again -

SPOTIFY DEAL - SCAM

I too purchased through Wowcher the spotify deal. After redeeming the deal, I received an email and password that were later deactivated without explanation, leaving me unable to access the service I paid for.
After investigating the issue, I was informed that the company supplying these vouchers is not a legitimate reseller of Spotify. When I contacted Spotify directly, they confirmed that this seller is unauthorised, and that the account provided to me was never valid in the first place. In other words, I have clearly been scammed abd want a full refund from wowcher but they are just telling us to contact software news. This is a scam!!

Spotify premium

This review about the Spotify Premium voucher I purchased through Wowcher.
In other words, I have clearly been scammed.
What makes this even more alarming is that this same deal continues to be sold widely across Wowcher and other platforms, meaning many customers are being misled and falling victim to the exact same scam. This is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the vetting and verification process for sellers on these platforms.
I expect this matter to be escalated immediately. I am requesting a full refund for the fraudulent service, an explanation of how such an illegitimate deal was allowed to be advertised, and confirmation of what steps will be taken to prevent further customers from being scammed in this way.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, and it needs to be resolved as a priority.

Terrible company

Terrible company, made my first order and as the weeks rolled by came to regret, customer services told me to allow 72 hours for them to escalate the order and then once that elapsed kept fobbing me off, apalling customer services where agents just use generic templates instead of investigating the issue and issuing a refund.

Took almost two months to get my money back when it was clear for weeks that the merchant had failed to deliver my order or even progress it beyond "redeemed" status.

I ordered 2 beauty advent calendars…

I ordered 2 beauty advent calendars Harrods being the main offer. They were £14.99 and then I was stung for 4.99 delivery for each one. I wasn't going to buy but my money was taken. There was no review page.
They sent me a material santa calendar but the gifts were bigger than the pockets on the calendar! The other was jewellery and I knew it was rubbish. So I emailed and told them I wanted a refund. I returned the items (I have thrown better away). They sent me a list to choose from but the high end calendars weren't included. I have since emailed them asking where the higher end calendars are in the list and I mentioned false advertising. This offer is live now so please don't make the mistake of ordering. The battle continues...

Dont fall for the trap :)

Gave it a shot and ordered this winter beauty mistery deal for my daughter with so called Luxury and high end goodies just to learn you pay not only £9.99 postage but also “3.99 for delivery” (after you have paid postage:) ).
What I received where 4x sadoer single use face masks, 3x single use lip masks, 3x eye patch sets, 2x tester size hand cream and lip balm. So much for “various” brands and luxury :))
You can buy more items of this brand and get better deals even in amazon where delivery is free if prime.
Disappointment to say the least and feeling mislead and misssold , but that is my own fault.
Do not fall for these mystery boxes!
Merry Christmas!
