They send me a board with red engines instead of black which looks like a pre production model.

When it comes to warrenty they might as well mention that you have no warrenty because youll be ignored when you have issues.

I bought additional 3 months of warrenty but once youre in contact with customer service (chat) they stop responding once they realize who you are. Ive tried over 15 times in the past 4 months.

New customers they welcome on the chat but dont buy it. I would highly recommement to be very cousious and look for alternatives. I wish I spend a bit more money for a reliable brand with good service.

Great beginner board, "best ride for some time". Thanks to Emmy at Wowgoboard for the prompt customer service. Note, i assumed that the two motors would provide 4 wheel drive. Board is rear wheel drive only.

Wowgo is a great company with very competitevly priced products and great service. They helped me with product issues and different part related topics.

 I ordered a board from Wowgo on 12/1/24. (Pioneer X5 pro)
Today, 12/5/24 the site still reads (US Warehouse, delivery in 2-7 days, for US customers) and (In Stock)
NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! They did send a FedEx shipment # but that is as much as FedEx is willing to get involved with their con until they receive something they can ship. No phone calls answered for me either. I did get an email, but that wasn't much more than a subtle mention that it will now be days, instead of hours, before l hear from FedEx again. Yesterday Visa told me I could not cancel this charge on my card until it was 2 weeks old? Therein lies the motive folks! What's a small inventory lie compared to immediate gain from fraudulently financing a slow boat ride from China.

Purchased a Pioneer x4 and went for a ride the day it arrived not checking all the bolts were securely tightened underneath, 5 of them dropped out spoke to Emmy at customer service who informed me these needed to be tightened before each use and arranged replacement bolts same day!

Very fast and efficient customer service support!

Delivery time IS Long. Custom Service IS Bad. My battery broke about 500km into use and they told me it's my problem

I write this review because I came here to read a few reviews and have to admit that i at some point thought i had made a big mistake in getting a WowGo AT2 plus. I am glad to say that my whole experience has been 5 stars. From ordering and making a mistake where customer service were fast and professional in resolving my mistake, to the fast delivery and finally the awesome board that I received. I am in love with my WowGo AT2 plus, it rides like a dream. All the reviews I saw and I saw many reviews on YouTube were spot on. I do not work for WowGo as some of the reviews I read here suggested when commenting on the good reviews about this company. All i can say is that I'm super happy with the whole experience and even happier with my AT2 plus. A definitely recommende WowGo boards.

Board runs really well, nice materials, fast as hell.

Terrible after sales, they seems to playing with you. my motors was dead after 2 month.
Just buy one to know what can be a bad shape

The mini 2s is the best electric mini board on the market, rider 80 kg and reaches no problem 50 km/h. Just be carefull of the speed wobbels... And if you get the board make sure to loctite the battery bolts.

If you're considering buying from WowGo, don't. I've seen a lot of reviews of them, but they all have to be paid off. I bought a board from WowGo, and I straight up never received it. The support team is of literally no use whatsoever. They do not care about their costumers. They will take your money and run. So please don't buy anything from them. Don't be fooled by paid "reviews"

Want to share my experience with Wowgoboard as they just keep ignoring me, for over a month now. I gave them a lot of time to solve my issue with my order but as they dont reply, now my honest review.

I have ordered the AT2-plus from Wowgo. Item was on stock in the EU warehouse and shipment is promised in 2-7 days. I bough additional 3 months warrenty so In total 12 months. My experience since then:

- Ordered on the first of august and received it on the 22nd. They gave many of the same excuses Im seeing in other reviews.
- When I received the board I got the version with red engines instead of the black. Seems like they try to get rid of the pre production models. Wowgo claims the factory didnt tell them they change colors.
- Wowgo promised to get in touch with the factory and arrange new engines for me after about 200 messages in the chat. They first said that it wasnt a big deal and that maybe I should put stickers on it (on hot engines)! Since then, no response for 5 weeks.
- When the board came out of the box I noticed the wheels cannot get straight in line with the board. After doing some research I found out that the kingpins attached to the board are bend sideways. Wowgo claims this is normal but when Im asking for a technical explanation they stop responding.

Wowgo is great at responding quickly when you about to buy but after your purchase they just stop caring. Please be carefull and aware of this.

Conclusion:
Luckily I did receive my board but dont trust shipment promises.

Warrenty is a joke, as they just ignore you. If you have any issues with your board you can probably only buy spare parts yourself. Im not so lucky because the base plates are not on the spare parts list.

You just cannot trust the promises they make on there website and what they tell you in the chat.

Also I noticed that they delete negative reviews on there own website about experiences like this.

Wowgoboard is a unreliable company and isnt ready to meet western standards.

Really like all wowgo at2. I have been riding it in sf.

Quick and Great customer service

Wowgo 3e is the board of the future and i feel like Iron Man flying through my city. This is some serious technology that has changed my life

However it seems to not come with any pivot cup and the trucks wear away with heavy turning and use to become pretty much unridable, jumping from side To side with no pivot cup. after just a few months, BUT i feel i have definitely got my 450$ worth in those few months

Shipping takes a while from China but the customer service is Excellent. The board is wortb every penny, even if its for just a few months of serious riding.

I have ordered the wowgo E3 2weeks ago ( said it would take 2-7 days) haven't gotten any response from the customer service I called the number they have on the site and nobody replies. I contacted customer support Who isn't responding to any emails I have sent they just took my money and ran. I can't even ask for refund because there isn't a any way to contact them . This should have been my First purchase of an electric skateboard and it's been terrible. I have spent 30$ for shipping and 15$ dollars for the protection and it was a total scam
