Easy process to purchase just wished it showed you what the finished product would look like with your chosen design/Photo

This company is HORRIBLE. I spent a lot of money on a custom canvas for a gift that came two months late to start. To top it off it was packed with very little protection and arrived with two giant holes in it. I reached out the the customer service three times and still no reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Order a sweater, 2 weeks now and still no update on delivery, I sent 3 emails but no response, DHL don't have that tracking number.....$77 loss and I'll eat that but ima blow up every post until someone contacts me

If I could rate a 0, I would. I ordered a blanket, got a shipment within a week but it wasn’t the blanket I ordered. I notified them, they said to keep the blanket and they would work on the new item. It’s been 2 months now, constant back and forth about the blanket. Keep being told it’s in production, then they wanted to offer 50% refund, then free shipping but I’m not convinced this is even in production. I believe they have some items that they ship immediately and then hold onto your money with a promise of fulfillment but never follow through. I’m not paying a dime for something I didn’t receive, had to dispute the charge with my cc to get the refund. Absolutely a scam

No tracking provided and when asked when my item will ship I don’t get an answer. It’s been 3 weeks and no confirmation. If you’re needing anything timely for a gift if stay away from this company. No where in the ordering process does it say items will take weeks to ship. My order was not a custom make and by the time I receive it, assuming I do it will be long past it’s intended use date.

Horrible quality and still fighting to get my refund. Do not waste your time on this product. Emails for over a week now and only offering 20% then 25% and so forth, disgusting customer service.

I paid for a digital mockup for a sweatshirt design of our dog. Never got the mockup and the sweatshirt they sent looks NOTHING like our Rottweiler. It’s a joke. Emailing back and forth for a refund made me realize this is a scam. I sent them my order number and they said they needed my tracking label from the original package. Going ahead and doing a chargeback on it.

The products looks very pleasing to the eye..my only issue is you guys should allow a spot where people can write what they'd like for it to say..for instance im ordering for someone birthday and I dont see you guys have nothing for happy birthday.. secondly I love checking out with paypal so those would be my only recommendations... let's just hope my item come in one piece..
