I have been sending emails since Tuesday, February 11, 2025 and no one answers me, it is a lack of respect towards the consumer and I hope they take action and can take my case as soon as possible.

Honestly, this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a product. I purchased a custom product and, on the product, it had a specific date. Literally two minutes after purchasing the product. I realize that the year was wrong on the date, so I immediately emailed to correct that within the order.

I was not getting a response from customer support so I emailed each day after and still was not getting a response. It wasn’t until a week later that customer support told me that it was too late to make any changes. I had emailed this horrible company every single day and was basically told that because they don’t check their email, I couldn’t have the correction made. Don’t order from wownine. It’s as if this company is run by a 14 year old child doing this as a side gig.

Sent multiple emails and never received any response. Paid for express postage and to my surprise, the item actually arrived, although very late. The personalised LED frame i ordered was definitely not worth $100+ i paid and the writing did not match the photos. And even worse, the date does not even correspond to the correct day of the month!! Horrible.

The Positives;
I just got my partner a personalised pet portrait hoodie from wownine. It’s awesome! The embroidery is great, solid bold colours and true to our dogs little face. The size of the embroidery was as per the website and what I expected.

I paid for VIP & priority shipping to Australia and it arrived in about 3 weeks. A bit longer than I’d expect with that in mind but they got it to me before Valentine’s Day so I’m happy.

Sizing wise it was true to a man’s Large which I bought so that was good.

It also came in a really cute little red velvet topped box and the garment was folded with care to showcase the embroidery.

The negatives;
Shipping Updates - No tracking number but my countries post updated me on status so that was okay on my end.

Quality - The quality of the hoodie isnt great tbh. Don’t buy it if you want something warm. Theres no fleece inside, and it feels synthetic but I haven’t checked the label for a breakdown. It’ll be a good fun autumn pull over and again I’m okay with that but if you’re not I recommend finding another seller.

Communication - I emailed at the 2 week point of getting no further information regarding my order after the initial purchase email to ask about timing. The company never responded but the next day Australia Post began messaging me so either Wownine forgot to send it or it was already in transit and they didn’t bother with a courtesy follow up.

Would I buy from them again? No. I’d find another seller with better reviews and a better base product.

Do I regret my purchase? No. It’s really fun and cute! My partner will laugh I’m sure.

This place is a scam never received my order no response from customer service ripped me out of $192 dollars paid extra for faster shipping

I ordered on 2-1-25 I also only received a confirmation of my order. I’ve emailed the company twice so far with zero response. Very frustrating if I don’t get an email back soon I’m going to dispute on my credit card

Can't track my order

There is no response and no way to track your order after you place it. I ordered on January 31 2025 .Lack of communication is a problem . It is now February 7 2025 and have not received any information

I ordered a custom sweater for my brother that was supposed to be a picture of my dog on it that passed away a couple months ago. I had to keep emailing this company for a tracking number or something. They sent it a month later and we were disappointed when we saw the sweater. It looked nothing like my dog. The pictures they show on their site, is obviously false advertising.

I kept emailing them to refund me and they refused. They kept going back and forth with me with the a few times and i didnt accept it...I paid $50 for this and they only wanted to refund me 25%. Which I didn't accept. Now they have stopped responding. The last email from them was January 19th. I've sent them 3 emails since then. And no response.

Do not order from this site!!!!

Proceed with caution before purchasing. I recently purchased a customized teeshirt for my boyfriend and came nothing as described and my name was suppose to be placed on the teeshirt which that wasn’t on my there either. Shipping too forever and NO is responding back to my email. Worse experience ever.

I love how easy it was to customize and upload a photo.

Hello I have recently ordered a frame the only thing and I'm not sure if you could do it I would love to see it put together on the page what it would look like before placing the order again I'm not sure if you could put that into the system while ordering. The product looks great with what you have for example

Waste of money, spent around $100 for an item, and haven't received anything either than an order confirmation. Have written to support to inquire just over a day ago now and haven't received a response of any kind even though they state on their website that they respond within 24 hours and have support on the line 24/7. This is just completely disgusting and I am filing for a refund immediately

I ordered something mid January and paid for express shipping, they sent confirmation but have had no updates since. I’ve emailed the support at the end on 28/1/25 and still haven’t even received a response. Avoid at all costs, do not order from here it’s a scam
