4 montht after vacation - Still trying to get a refund of the home ticket that I had to pay myself because Wow-travel messed up the dates!

All they come up with is worse than terrible excuses.
Yes you will get the Money but:
- We are moving locations for 14 days and won't be doing any Work in that time
- I did not get your email - Our system is not running well
- I need (another) OK from the boss to transfer the Money. He is not in today and I can't call him
- I am alone at the office today and can't make decisions to transfer Money - the ok is already given, just transfer the Money
- I don't have the access and passwords to our accounting systems - even though I am the accountant.
- The accountant manager will transfer the Money when he is back from vacation IF he is in the office - guess he wasn't for at least 14 days.
And so on.
Excuse after excuse after excuse.
And when I call them, they interupt me and hang up on me.

I can only say - LOUSY SERVICE. Never ever Again will I travel with Wow-travel.

As soon as we came home from our Dubai trip in April we contacted wowtravel to get a refund because they made us pay our tickets home after messing up the dates we had to go home. 4 days later we got a response that the money would be refunded - now 3 months later we still have not received our money - and our emails are being completely ignored and when we call them they tell us that the person in charge is not there/have patience we are moving locations and will get back later/they are on vacation/they will get in touch and then hang up on us.

So. Don't EVER go with wowtravel - I'm only wowed at how lousy service they treat their customers with 😳😳😡😡😡

Doesn't get back to me on my complaint to them - very bad customerservice (nonexisting service!)

It's been a week since we came back to Sarajevo from our trip to Antalya and Cappadocia and after the first impressions have settled we have to say we now feel even more happy about the whole experience! The program is really full of amazing things and places and history and heritage so you're constantly interested and exploring. Big part of that was our guide Burak who was very professional, a great host and had a very good presentation stile that allowed us to find out many interesting facts without being boring or unorganized. Everything went smoothly and was arranged in advance so we truly felt like on holiday. While we're at it we also have to praise our driver Ramazan who was such a gentleman and professional and really new his way with the bus on the sometimes challenging parts of the road. This has been our third time in Turkey and we enjoyed every minute and brought home wonderful photos and memories! So, thank you for this arrangement and we hope to travel together again!

I have been travelling with Wow Travel to Antalya, Turkey from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Price was really good and from the moment I came to the hotel (5 star) until my way home, I was very satisfied with professional service, great accommodation and good prices for all inclusive services.

I would recommend it to everyone, and I will be travelling for sure again with them, maybe even this year again!

Dear team of Wowtravel,

Our family would like to thank you for the well organized trip from Vilnius (Lithuania) to Western Turkey through ancient cities Afrodisias, Efesus and Hierapolis (together with Pamukkale).

Of course, it would have been more transparent, if in the initial trip description there had been a warning, that by internet we were paying just half of the price, and another half is payable upon arrival, but anyway, we expected similar Turkish jokes, therefore final expenses of the trip did not exceed my estimation. :) We did not buy almost anything in the trading points between the excursions, and bought everything we want on the last free day.

Special thanks to our guide Ibrahim, who provided lots of interesting historical information, facts about modern Turkey and well planned the timing.

I would like to point out good choice of the hotels: 3 out of 5 were excellent - Zena Resort Hotel, C & H Hotels Pamukkale and Hotel Meryan. For our children Zena hotel remained unrivaled, as beside all other advantages, cosiness and kind personnel, they served drinks for free. Rivers of hot chocolate is something, that our kids will remember about Zena.
(Richmond Ephesus Resort and Grand Parka Lara were just too big. Besides, in Richmond there were poor arrangements in the dressing rooms near the pool, smell in the rooms and noise from the generator, troubling the entire valley. Lara did not have an indoor pool. Just for your info, not for complaining - maybe it will be helpful for you while organizing further trips.)

On the last day, which was free, we bought a jeep safari in the local bazar. Jeep safari recommended to everyone who visits Turkey!

Direct flight by Corendon airlines was also very convenient.

Overall, that was a great holiday, and thank you for it.

We would like to thank you for a wonderful travel we had with your agency. We had pleasure to visit Turkey (Antalya, Alanya, Konya and Kapadokya) during the week of 22-29 March 2015. During this journey we had the opportunity to meet and get know Mr. Ismail Tirnak as he was our touristic guide. Our time in Turkey was very pleasant and productive because of his excellent organisation of the journey. He speaks English very well and has been very helpful to us. Mr. Tirnak knows a lot about Turkey, life in Turkey, cities and monuments we had visited, Turkish culture, society, etc. Thanks to the information he gave us, we have impression that now we have much more clear picture of Turkey as a country and we know Turkish history a lot better. He is extremely dependable, well organised, friendly and nice person.
For this reason, we would highly recommend Mr. Tirnak as a tour guide for anyone visiting Turkey and wish him good luck for his future professional life.

I want to thank you and to your all company for a great trip we have in Turkey last week. Everything was perfect until we came to Antalya and till we left. The tour programme and organization were excellent, everything was on time. I saw more than I expected. I wanted to thank especially to our tour guide Ismail Tirnak. He was knowledgeable, interesting, entertaining and professional.His english language was perfectly understandable. I have thanked to him profusely. All group thought that he is a special personality with sense of humor. He is proud of his country and loves showing it to his guests. I really enjoyed every minit of this trip and I promise, that i will come back there with your travel agency help :)) About all this week I can say only three words: perfect, wonderful, incredible!!!!
