Inexistente Servicio de atención al cliente

Compré hace unos meses un artículo de wowee, un robot que se puede programar desde el móvil. Cuando me llegó, el robot funcionaba bien, pero la app de programación (la razón por la que lo compré) no funcionaba.
Escribí a su servicio técnico el 25 de Julio y me contestaron que mi reclamación (80463) sería atendida en un máximo de 15 días (Please allow up to 15 business days at this time).
Les he vuelto a escribir varias veces y no he recibido respuesta.
El regalo para que una niña se iniciase en la programación no ha podido tener peor resultado.
