Unauthorized Charge and Refusal to Refund — Beware

Our company has been a long-standing Woztell customer, but our recent experience has been extremely disappointing. In October, Woztell charged our card an unauthorized $1,800 (approx. €1,600)—far beyond our normal usage and with no corresponding approved transaction. When we queried the charge, the initial explanation was that it was an “adjustment” due to META’s billing. After we reconciled every invoice and proved mathematically that the charge had no basis whatsoever, the company acknowledged internally that it was a mistake generated by their system. However, instead of issuing a refund (which any legitimate SaaS provider would do), Woztell repeatedly refused to return the funds and only offered future credits, free months, or message bundles—none of which we wanted or agreed to. Even after explicitly confirming the charge was erroneous, they declined to process a refund to the original payment card. This behaviour is completely unacceptable, unethical, and raises serious concerns about their billing practices and customer protection. We are now sharing this experience so other businesses are aware. If you value transparent billing, responsive customer support, and financial integrity, I strongly advise you to avoid this platform.

Incredibly Frustrated

Incredibly Frustrated – Stay Away If You Value Your Business
If you’re using this software and haven’t yet faced a technical failure, now is the time to leave ASAP.

Because when an issue arises, there is literally no one competent enough to fix it.

Our Issue:
We cannot receive WhatsApp messages via their platform, which is a core function of their service. When we reached out to their so-called "customer success" team, we were met with vague, unhelpful responses. They don’t take the time to understand the issue, and their so-called escalations to the product team are a complete lie—because nothing ever happens.

Their support team talks to you like a casual friend instead of professionals handling business-critical software. They are completely incompetent, unreliable, and dismissive, making you feel like they are mocking you rather than assisting.

THIS IS NOT A GAME!
Businesses rely on this platform to manage critical customer interactions, yet when an issue arises, Woztell fails to resolve even the simplest problems and then proceeds to ghost the client.

Are you even a legitimate company? Because we have never encountered such an unprofessional experience in our entire business history.

If you’re considering using this platform, DON’T.
If you’re already using it, RUN before it’s too late.

You are trusting this company with one of the most crucial parts of your business—customer communication—and they fail at the most basic level while ignoring you in the process.

Absolute disaster.

scam! refund my money!

Guys! Don't use this platform! First of all the backend design is very hard to use, secondly it took me a lot of time to contact the technicians of the platform, very unprofessional! And after you subscribe, this platform doesn't support to cancel the subscription plan and unbind the credit card by yourself! They lied to me that they will terminate my subscription on October 27th, but still charged me on the 27th! This company is advertised in many places and is very, very unprofessional, don't be fooled! They didn't even refund my $50 deposit!
