My mobile layout wasn't working as it should and I couldn't figure out the issue. Mounika from customer service gave a suggestion on temporarily deactivating a plugin and it instantly solved the issue and my mobile site was up and running how it should. I was so happy with the quick fix. I received an answer within 24 hrs based on the free support.

I had a couple of issues setting up two multisites which I'd never done before. The people at Astra were extremely helpful as well as being very gracious.

Astra Pro’s technical support team has been vital for our website creation. They are quick to respond and even provided a very helpful screencast, which solved our problem quickly. I highly recommend using them and choosing one of their many creative themes.

I have not only paid Astra Theme Pro but also Spectra pro and Schema Pro, after several ticket writing, I can not download the files until now and have therefore spent over $150 for nothing. The developer is not responding.

This is not a service, rather a rip-off!
