The team worked with me and persevered to get the website as I wanted. Excellent communication from Michael.

It took a long four months to get my website to where it was acceptable to me. I am sure that the team was as frustrated with me as I was with them. In hindsight I would definitely do things differently. However, Michael's patience and hard work to figure out why things didn't work the way they were supposed to has finally resulted in a functional website. I did not want to nor planned to become a website designer, which is why I hired them, but I had to learn a lot along the way and will probably need to continue to learn in this area to keep the website up-to-date. It is much more complicated than I ever expected, sometimes unnecessarily in my opinion, but that is the way of technology now, even when you don't want or need all the bells and whistles.

Michael and his team were incredibly helpful with helping me with a website overhaul. They were thorough and explained the process well.

What does SeedProd, AIO-Seo, OptIn-monster and WPforms have in common?

They all top comparisons of WordPress Plug-ins on the WPBeginner website.
They all belong to the same mother company Awesome Motive, and if you want to use the full functionality of the page builder / website builder SeedProd, you need to buy Premium versions of the other plug-ins also owned by the mother company. This is not disclosed when you read comparisons of WordPress plug-ins on WPBeginner, nor is it disclosed when you buy SeedProd. In effect, you are locked into the Awesome Motive family for good and are forced to pay out your nose for full flexibility of SeedProd.

I'm an 81-year-old grandmother, and although I have extensive experience as a copywrite/editor (and have created content for hundreds of client websites) I am far from technically savvy - and I absolutely could not have accomplished this on my own.
The team was friendly, kind and helpful and supported me throughout the entire process - and I know I am not an "easy" client, as I have very specific ideas as to what I want and need.
They were very patient with me, and I am very grateful and appreciative of the excellent job they did.
And now we have launched my website and it is as special as I had hoped it would be, and I am already receiving a lot of positive feedback.
