Customer service non-existent. You are on your own after buying from wp for church. Product defective, not as advertised. I regret having bought this the Multiply theme. Sermon images and featured image not showing on archive page. Only the blogs page has a side bar. The rest don't and they don't even tell you how to put one if needed. Not possible to hide certain elements such as the logo on mobile. In fact, mobile customization can only be done through the page builder. Most of the plugins advertised with the product have expired. If anyone can buy a church theme elsewhere, the better. I won't recommend wp for church to anybody. All the are interested in is making money out of people.

Hey there, i'm not sure why you bother or how you have the time posting a fake review.
Customer service is existent, you're never on your own, product is not defective. You then refer to features which do exist however you just don't know how to use them, which is why we're here to help. Did you submit a support ticket?
Mobile optimization is done through the page builder and via the theme options, which is how it should be, you can of course write custom css if you like.
None of the plugins have expired, if we update some slightly late you can simply reach out and we give you the latest version.
So 100% of what you said is false and misleading.
Finally charging $69 for an extremely good theme is not 'making money out of people'.
