I was weighing options to buy a pro license for our church website for forms. I was between 2 options WPforms and gravity forms. I have been using wpforms lite forever. I cam across Gravity forms and liked some of their feature specially nesting. However, I was in contact with WPforms support regarding the non profit status. Support was very helpful. Not only they provided me with links with the discounted price for the non profit but also answered all my technical questions. Angela went above and beyond to find ways for me to replicate what I needed from a form on WPforms. I appreciated the help and care support showed me while I wasnt even a paid client yet. Gravity might have given me the layout I wanted but WPforms give me the support I needed and the ease of use.

Don't try to cancel this plugin
Don't try to cancel this plugin. It was 7-8 clicks, with MANDATORY text and RADIO button choices to get to a cancelation. AND, they still have not canceled or refunded my money.
It's my fault for not seeing the auto renew email, but I was moving from WPForms to a new shopping cart and now it looks like WPForms will NOT give up.
DON'T PAY FOR THIS PRODUCT IF YOU EVER WANT TO CANCEL IT

WPForms is outstanding and constantly adding new features
We have been paid subscribers of WPForms since 2018 and the experience has been fantastic. Over the years, it seems they have grown along with all their clients, continually improving based on client needs. No sooner has someone asked if we could do something with a form, than I check and see there's a new feature that does exactly what we need.
It's also very flexible, and can do things it wasn't necessarily designed to do. We love it.
