Smush is great! Saved $1,000 a year in overage charges from my hosting company after getting my storage under the account maximum! Customer service was great, too because it's a bit confusing to set up for a beginner.

Best support in the business.
WPMUDev support are the best in the business. I've contacted them dozens of times with all sorts of web related problems. Nine times out of ten, they're able to find a solution for me right in the chat in a matter of minutes. Other times, when the problem is more complex, they escalate it to another team. Then it might take up to 24 hours to find a solution, but they've never failed to find one.
I've used other web hosts where my websites were constantly having major problems, and they were unable to help, and often tried to sell me additional support services. No company I've used ever came close to WMPUDev.
Their support team would be enough already to justify the cost of their services, but their fast servers, convenient hosting tools, and suite of premium plugins make it a no-brainer.
