Really great technically support. They will jump on a chat with you for any website issues and help work through it. I really appreciate them taking all the time to help me figure out a website issue that I couldn't do on my own.

Michelle is genuinely the best WPMU agent I have ever met
Michelle is genuinely the best WPMU agent I have worked with. I have multiple sites and accounts with WPMU and I have never seen this level of detail and determination to solve every single problem accurately. I have had several issues that were not completely solved by other agents, no matter how much time they put in. Michelle knew exactly what to do and stayed on the line until it got done. Biggest asset to the WPMU team and most comfortable to talk to espeically when the problems seem endless. Great Work!
