Waiting for my refund - no reply to request

This post was originally written on 18th June 2026 and it's 4th July 2026 now and I still havent received my refund or replies from this business. Do not use them, they are a bunch of scammers.

This company offers you a 14 day refund if you are not happy with their service. I've been waiting 3 days for them to acknowledge my refund request, and initially I received a response and then nothing. Currently they have just over £250 of my money which will be shortly going through charge back. I wish we could add screenshots on Trustpilot :-(
