The service was excellent, and my advisor Ian Waddell very great at explaining things. Everything was gone through with me in great detail over several appointments which were always on time. The advice I was given was structured to my needs. I would have no problem recommending Ian and WPS.

I found the advice WPS to be very helpful in deciding how exactly to take my pension.

They helped me in asking appropriate questions about retirement, but more importantly, they went through the different ways of taking a pension, so I not only understood the best option for me to take, I also understood why other options were not good for me.

I also better undertood how the pension provided by my employer was particularly good.

Even if you have a good idea about how to take your pension, it is good to have a professional go through it, so you are not left with a feeling of could one of the other options have been better.

I recenty started the process of understanding my pension and what would be best for my future. I was having trouble getting the correct information and when i got it a terrible time understanding it. WPS helped me get all the information required from the pension provider. Once this was done an advisor helped me work through my options. Anthony Vasiliou was the advisor and i cannot express how polite , supportive , informative to me. He provided excellent advice and through a set of punctual phone calls , answered every question i had. The experience has been fantastic and removed the worry about my pension. WPS made the whole experience very straightforward from gathering my information online to the conversations with Charlie and Ian.

Kieron was very good at at explaining thing to us that we did not understand he made it very easy for him to talk too.

I was put in contact with WPS relative to my pension and some financial advice. My contacts were Martin and Addy, both of whom were extremely helpful throughout. They explained the entire process and answered all my queries etc. Understanding pensions is not entirely straight forward but they took their time and were excellent. Highly recommended!
