VERY BAD PLUGIN AND VERY BAD TECHNICAL…

VERY BAD PLUGIN AND VERY BAD TECHNICAL SUPPORT.

I purchased Tabs Pro from this seller, and he tried to scam me. After he charged me for my Tabs Pro, he never provided me with the license key that I purchased from him and the Tabs Pro on my website keeps asking me for the key. wpshopmart.com is a scammer.

​I requested a refund, and he refused to refund my money.

After I paid for my Tabs Pro, I never received the license key from WPSHOPMART.COM for the Tabs Pro that I purchased from him.

BE CAREFUL NOT TO BUY PLUGIN THIS SCAMMER SELLER.

Poor Product Quality and Worse Support

Purchased product didn't work as advertised. Sent multiple tickets four months ago and finally gave up. Nothing was ever resolved on the various issues the plugin, Coming Soon Pro, was having. As of today, I went back to see if they actually responded to my last message of HELLO???, since no one followed up with a solution, pointed out in a previous message. They hadn't. When they did respond to previous messages, turn around was greater than 24 hours in most cases and sometimes up to 48 hours during the week days. Initial issues pointed out after purchase, still remained an issue even after 30 days.
