Great plugin for the shop. Recommendations to everyone.

I've been using Divi Space for quite a while now. Started with their free products, and along the way with mostly good experience, I finally purchase the Lifetime Membership Plan.

For every digital things, glitches and bugs are happening sometimes, but what matters to me is the way they respond to me on at least two things, the speed of the responses, and the solutions given.

Earlier, they didn't have any live chat service, and I had to use email to reach support. It was ok for me since they've always been provided me with spot-on solutions. My longest time waiting for a reply was one day, so that was good enough for me.

But recently they have added the live chat service, and so far, the longest experience I got was taking me half a day to get a response. But most of the time, it's just an hour or so, and it is definitely acceptable. On a good day, they respond within minutes.

Now that the speed of responses are even better, the solution given is still my main parameter for a service, and I believe based on my personal experiences, Divi Space Team nailed it each time. How?

Well, first of all I think anyone that's going to buy the products/membership should be aware that Divi Space's products are meant to help those who mostly don't want to (or can not) deal with further CSS codes complexity, and or don't really have time to wait for a struck of design idea.

So if you are so good with CSS and willing/having the luxury of time to design, then their products might not providing you with maximum impact. But if you don't mind not to starting from scratch, and or you are not so familiar with CSS codes, you are most probably going to get a lot of benefits from their products like I do.

Alternatively, if you only need to create a website or two out of hobby, just pick anything from google since there are plenty of free sources out there, although Divi Space also provided me with several useful courses and ebooks as part of my Lifetime Membership Plan.

Of course if you are a web designer you shouldn't put everything into Elegant Theme's Divi or even Divi Space, but if you know just when to use them, it will come handy for your works and your web design learning curve.

Great tech support even on a Sunday! They responded to my email within five minutes while I was still working on my site. They were able to fix my issue and I was able keep right on working on my site! Thanks!!

I have bought 2 Ecommerce Templates from Divi Space and made my clients very happy with it. Very responsive to all my queries. Two thumbs up!!

I was very surprised and delighted at how quickly they replied to my technical support request when the theme wouldn't update. It was fixed within an hour. Most theme dev companies take days or they don't reply at all. Thank you very much!!

Great customer service with Cory and the product has greatly enhanced my designs!

They have a rather large catalog, perfectly kept up to date with every patch or new version of Divi (EVERY update).

The support is very reactive, attentive and benevolent.

They give you tips for things you wouldn't necessarily have thought of and allow you to go further in your projects.

Despite the large catalog of products they have, they keep coming out with better, newer, more elaborate, with more features, a redesigned design.

They are geniuses.
They think of everyone and above all, with their products EVERYTHING can be changed at will.

A rapid response from Lukasz at Divi Space led to a fast resolution, enabling us to move forward with our new site. Instructions were clear and easy-to-follow. These guys set the standard for excellent customer support. Highly recommended!

It’s not the first time I contacted Divi Space support for help, and each time I’m not disappointed.
I sent an email through the contact form and within 30 minutes got a response back. The help is always fast and professional regarding if it’s a plugin problem or child theme problem.

I had an issue with a plugin not updating due to the license not working, then an issue with the plugin not loading correctly. I sent an email through the contact form and within 5 minutes got a response back. Kamil was my support rep and he was fantastic. He went into the backend of my site quickly and had us taken care of within just a few minutes. Pretty rare to get good plugin support like that these days and I had to leave a review in appreciation. Great job guys and thank you.

Good plugin's but waiting weeks for support. Need to provide instant chat like Divi and will actually gain more customers for it. More work needs to be put into customer support and care. Products are good and will sell. Just please provide better support for you're products.

5 Stars IF support fix my problems.

Although it took a while but they really made the effort to solve my issues.

I paid to download Page Builder Everywhere for use on a single site (specifically not choosing the annual membership option also listed) and neither needed nor received any further service from divi.space.

Imagine my surprise a year later when I got a "your subscription has been successfully renewed" email saying my card had been debited. I immediately contacted the sender (Aspen Grove Studios) to advise I was unaware of any subscription and had now cancelled, and to refund the charge given no service was desired or would be provided. They flat out refused referring to the fine print on their website.

The refusal to refund an annual service fee (cancelled on the same day charged) demonstrates they don't try to earn this fee, hence why they don't ever email you mentioning your annual subscription before they charge your card again.

But the original transaction receipt emailed to me does not mention any annual charge, renewal or subscription. This is clearly deceptive.

I encourage everyone to contact their bank to get a chargeback applied (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX process). Send your bank your receipt as part of the chargeback dispute and you should win.

Deceptive vendors charging fees for no service (and with no disclosure of renewal charges on their transaction receipt emails) should be driven out of business or forced to be honest.

I received a free 1-Year Divi Space membership from Elegant Themes last year. It was part of their annual Black Friday promotion. I have a web design agency and I mainly use Divi as a website builder. I came across a bunch of third party plugins/membership in the past 3 years and I have to say, Divi Space is not one of them that impressed me the most so far.

My team and I gave it a try since it was free. After a week of trying it, we all came to the conclusion that it didn't serve us much, so we quickly forgot about it.

The design of their child themes and layout packs lack in innovation from a design standpoint. I have to say Elegant Themes does a much better job at it, and at a much faster rate (twice a week).

Their plugins serve almost not purposes after Divi 4.0 update.. One of them I liked was "WP and Divi Icons", it has cool features. Divi Rocket is not even close to be as good as WP Rocket (good job on finding a unique name btw), Divi switch is just adding bloat to Divi for some really simple CSS tweaks. Page Builder everywhere is basically the same thing (but less intuitive) as the Divi 4.0 Theme Builder. I tried to Testify on 1 website, huge waste of time. I didn't test recently though, I hope they improved it since...

Overall, I would not recommend. On top of all this, I got charged 149 USD for the renewal 1-year later. I asked the support for a refund on the same day the transaction passed, and they refused right away.

As I said before, I bought many third party plugins in the past couple years, and I can always tell the quality of the product by how reluctant the authors are to provide a refund. Whenever a plugin author is confident about its product, and they care about customer satisfaction, they provide refunds no questions asked. So this adds up to my disappointments towards Divi Space as a business.
