I’ve had an excellent experience with Wraith Estates across two different tenancies — first a long-term tenancy, and later a short-term tenancy during a particularly difficult period in terms of housing situation. On both occasions, the support I received was genuinely outstanding.

Communication was clear, professional, and compassionate throughout. I always felt supported, and their flexibility and understanding during my crisis period made a real difference. The care taken in managing both tenancies was consistent and reassuring.

I’ve recently moved into one of their house-share properties in North West London just over a month ago and I’ve been thoroughly impressed.

The communal areas are immaculate due to a weekly cleaning service covered by our rent, and our contact at the company, Niraj, responds to queries in the house group chat so fast that I’m starting to wonder if he ever takes bathroom breaks or sleeps!

Wraith Estates provided decent service overall, with a smooth renting process and quick responses. Niraj was professional and helpful throughout, but the property could use more attention to maintenance and updates. While convenient and approachable, there's room for improvement. The experience was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Overall, a mixed bag.

So far my best experience dealing with real state agencies. They are very kind and professional. The whole process of renting the room was straightforward and I'm thrilled in my new place. They respond quickly when it comes to fixing things in the house, and communication in general has been great. I would 100% recommend them.

They were really good. Niraj was very attentive and would respond almost instantly and was also v nice. Whenever something needed fixing they would usually fix it within two days. Probably the best agency I've rented with.
