While communication for booking the engineer was good, I was left without a report to provide to the appliance company; only an invoice for the required parts was given. Additionally, there was no follow-up call to explain the situation.

Second time we have used werepair (not by choice they are who hisense use for washing machine repair). Both times took three visits (= two wasted days off work) to arrive with the correct part (or on one visit any part at all.....)

Unorganised and unhelpful. Had to stop them bombarding me with messages about parking and threats to cancel appointment if I did not respond. Did not show up for first appointment, their engineer did not know about the arrangements made by them for access.
I do not remember ever receiving such a shambolic service.
Subsequently, WeRepair contacted me about my review. They said it was not fair and asked me to alter it!
Amazing, what audacity, I more than stand by what was said and in fact, if there was now a way of giving them zero stars I'd gladly do it.

£150 for a man to come out and say it's needs new parts in 1 minute. Then try and charge £350 for the part! The washing machine cost less than your rip off fees new. Rubbish! Never using you again

Having gone through Stoves for a Range Cooker repair of the hob ignition, I was passed to their repair network, Pacifica who charged £215 for a fixed cost repair. However, they were unable to send an engineer and passed the case to WeRepair Ltd. Despite having sent a description of the issue, shared the Model No and photos/video on the Pacifica website, an engineer arrived (friendly and professional) and concluded after 20 mins that he would need to order new parts. After some time, a second engineer was confirmed and I presumed he would have the correct parts. However, (equally friendly and professional) he was also unable to solve the issue and claimed he would also need to order the correct spare parts. Given I was advised this was a thermocouple issue, this seemed a slow and wasteful process. After more time passed, and several text messages saying parts were ordered but out of stock, I chased up and was told over the phone that they could not order the parts as they were discontinued (the range was only 6 years old!) and that WeRepair were only able to use the manufacturer's parts and not a universal thermocouple etc. When I asked for a refund of the £215, I was told I would only get about £75 back which seemed poor given the lack of solution and communication to the engineers that came out. That refund has not been made to my knowledge and no further follow-up has been offered. I will be writing a complaint to Stoves and Pacifica but WeRepair let me down.
