I waited 5 months for my order. Numerous emails went unanswered, and when it finally did come, it looks like it MIGHT fit a 5 yr old. Will not order from this company again.

Same situation as most reviews. Ordered something in February and have never received. Items are still available on their site but I can’t get my order. I have tried to contact customer service by email 5 to 6 times with zero response. Now I know why I can’t find a phone number for them.

This company is excellent at charging customers, but apparently does not deliver products or respond to information requests.

I ordered a birthday present for a friend from Wrapped in Faith. They charged me for the order, never delivered it and haven’t responded to my email asking where the order is. I’m not sure this is a legit company.

If there was a zero rating, that is what I would choose. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter on June 8th whose birthday is July 17, thinking plenty of time but still have not received the sweatshirt. I have emailed 4-5 times, no response; Instant messaged on FB and the response was "we are away and cannot respond now" the e-mail says they will respond within 1-2 days, nope! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I am sad that I didn't read all the reviews before I made my purchase. Nice that my cc has already been charged with nothing to show. I will be calling my cc company to dispute the charge as others have, we will see where that gets me. So sad that a company that says they are "faith based" treats customers like they do.

Ordered in May, its now the end of July, nothing. I have emailed 4 times and got no response. Makes me sick that a company is claiming to be faith based and just stealing money. Its a horrible feeling, being taken advantage of. Even I i someday receive my t-shirt, my review will be the same. Their customer service is nonexistent.

Ordered sweatshirt and tshirt in April. I received the sweatshirt but not the tshirt. I have emailed 5 or 6 times. no response and no refund. there is no number to call. how can you spout scripture, and Christian love while cheating people out of their money?
If you don't have the product, just say so.
Terrible. Now, I cannot get rid of their emails.

Still waiting for my order from April 14th, 2020. After months of trying to get satisfaction, my bank is disputing this charge and if that fails, I will be getting an attorney. Spencer Jensen thinks since it's only $19.99 that most people will give up. Not I.
This company is in Indiana, right next to me. I have zero problem showing up in court. Note to Spencer: I will be bringing a transcript of every communication and a print out of this review site as evidence. I'm ready. Refund or Regret, your choice.

I ordered May 16th, never received my order which was for my daughters birthday. I have emailed 8 times with no response and no phone number to call.
They call themselves Wrapped By Faith and are scamming people SMH

scam....ordered in may never received shirt...25.00 down the drain...emailed them 9 times even on their prayer request ......DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY WOULD GIVE 0 IF IT WOULD ALLOW

Ordered a Sweatshirt in May...2020 Took Payment but never recieved the sweatshirt!!! Do not order from this company!!! Crappy for a so called Christian store.. I’m shocked!! So sad!!

I would give this company zero stars if I could. They should change their name to Wrapped by Deceit. THEY ARE A SCAM! I have never experienced anything such as this with ANY OTHER COMPANY in my lifetime. Shame on them for selling products under the guise of being a Christian-based company. Jesus knows you are bad, bad people.

I order a top on April 10th. 2020 - payment cleared bank April 20th. to date no top & emails returned with a phony tracking that has stated "on the way" since May 3rd. $49.00 down the drain and no recourse that I can find. Do Not buy from this company - they are deceitful and use the Lord as a selling point.

I ordered on May 7th and it still hasn't shipped. Emailed them 4 times and NO RESPONSE. DO NOT order from this company. Very unprofessional

I am changing my review from 1🌟to 4🌟's because I received my "Mothers Day" gifts today, July 9th!!! Yes they came seprate, but arrived on time to see my son and surprise him wearing the shirt he chose for just me!!! Praise the Lord!!! I hope those of you who received your orders change your reviews. I gave 4🌟's because my son did not get an email response from Wrapped by Faith during these months. I am hopeful, Wrapped by Faith will read this review and respond to customers in a timely manner with customers concerns and tracking information. The shirt true to size and good quality material. Glory to God!!!

I ordered from them back in April and I have not received and it’s June 8th...the tracking number shows no movement. I’ve also emailed twice and have gotten no response. I’ll be disputing with Bank of America! The sweatshirt I thought I was buying was really cute too - but from looking at other reviews - it’s definitely a scam company!

This whole company is a fraud. It took them over a month to send my order and it was cheap and from China. Their customer service was awful and all i ever got were excuses. I finally just called my credit card company to contest the charge and bought my shirt from someone else. Not only did the other company get it to me in a matter of days, but the quality was many times higher than the garbage this company sent. If this is, indeed, a Christian company, and "excellence honors God", than they are not being the kind of witness that they are supposed to be.

If I could give them 0 stars will do because is a fraud store. I have send 3 emails already for the past 2 weeks and nothing no respond, either return the money or ship product, I will do everything to make sure they don’t fraud people again because is a nasty fraud they just charge your credit card and never respond.

The name should be wrapped by fraud. Spencer Jensen is a liar. I ordered a t-shirt April 3, 2020 and have not received the shirt yet. I have emailed Spencer Jensen 3 times and every time his reply is, it’s on the way. I’am a senior citizen on a fixed income. Even though it was only $19.00 it was my $19.00.
You know what son of satan, I don’t really need to do anything God knows exactly who you are and what you do. STEAL!!!!!

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also filed a complaint with the D.A.in my city. In case you didn’t know your crime of theft is viewed different during COVID 19 genius. I ordered the Not today satan t-shirt; you keep it, it’s a gift from me to you. I’m sure you will wear it well and look real good in it. Remember we ALL have to stand before God on judgement day. How will you explain stealing in the name of Jesus. In addition satan’s son Spencer Jensen buys his products from Wish, which is a company based in China. Their clothing is any where from $10-$20.00 cheaper. Peace and blessings.
