The speed could have been better, but the outcome was fine in the end.

I think that this site may have been a pyramid skimming scheme, which operated like this:

1) They advertise merchandise on Google Shopping for slightly cheaper than can be found elsewhere. In this case, it was for a bag of dogfood which was about $10 cheaper than Amazon.

2) They take your card information, and place an order at an online retailer with a credit card of a prior customer. In this case my order was fulfilled by chewy.com - but chewy had a similar price to Amazon.

3) They then use your card information to place an order for someone else's wrappedsurprise.com order. In this case, about a month later, I got 2 charges from 2 different Macy's, same amount, likely online.

I can't prove this, but given that others have complained about their card being used elsewhere, this is my theory.

I placed an order for 2 bags of dog food, and for quite some time the status just said "processing". I sent a message to customer service, and the response I got was that they was a delay with the shipper because of low staffing. The following day my order status was changed to "cancelled". When I messaged them about the reason for the cancellation, I was told that because the order hadn't shipped within 7 days it would automatically cancel. My gut (and several other user reviews) tell me this place is to be avoided.

We ordered an electronic appliance because their price was the lowest advertised. When it was delivered it was from Kohls and was charged to someone else's credit card. When we contacted that person, we were told the credit card was stolen. So, they take an order from you, them buy the product through another retailer using a stolen credit card. Pure profit for them. Thank God for fraud protection.

I have ordered Food Network 10-pc. Nonstick Ceramic Cookware Set GRAPHITE from wrappedsurprise.com and the order went well, first I was scared as I can see negative review but in the end I got what I have seen on kohl’s and its exactly the same but in the end I got the color I want. I am happy with the service I got and the price I got.

This is a friendly fraud website, I placed an order from this site, but the order was shipped from Kohls instead, and on the receipt it is mentioned the payment method used is a gift card. They are scamming large stores. Don't risk blacklisting your address for cheap price.

I placed an order for dog food in late September. I received an email acknowledging the order but 8 days later they had not notified me if it had been shipped so I emailed them. They wrote back they couldn't ship it on time so they canceled the order and claimed they would refund the order. It's now past the refund timeframe they have quoted and no refund was issued. A place that sells appliances and pet food always struck me as odd and it turns out it is odd aka little communication, late communication, canceled order, no refund, etc. Ever since placing an order with this outfit I've had my credit card number stolen and used by other almost immediately after giving the # to wrappedscam.

They were good for my first 4 orders and always returned my email request. The last order was cancelled by them after 1 week. I assume they are unable to get the Blue Buffalo Freedom . I emailed them about it and they never responded back .

We had a positive experience at first but the last order, they cancelled the order due to shipping and they did not let us know. If I had not emailed them, I would not have known there was a problem.

I ordered cuz the price was unbeatable, September 18 placed my order, September 19 was told it be shipped in 3/4 business days, September 20 asked for a tracking number. Same day was told my order still processing in shipping department, give another 3/4 days . Today September 28 asked for a tracking number or any information about my order . Still waiting, let’s see . Keep you posted.

September 29 got an email saying due to problems with shipping department my order got canceled.
I give two stars and not one because at least they respond to email.

placed a second order with them and they outright canceled my second order without informing me. Tryied the phone number no one home. my dog and I are pissed off The shipping department reported your order could not be shipped and arrived in a timely manner because of the failure in the shipping process.

We can not let you wait too long without any estimated delivery so we have to cancel and refund your order.

I ordered some science diet dog food that’s very expensive for 1/3 of the price with this company. Great customer support too, and they will respond to you within 24 hrs. 5 stars all the way.

I tried to order dog food from wrappedsurprise.com for the first time. It worked out great. I like the customer service to respond to my request in a timely manner. Will order from this website again.

My order was a great price and when I emailed for shipping info, they were fast in responding and I had the product in less than a week! Great prices and great service!

I was hesitant to order from this website since I never heard of them but I could not find the dog food I needed anywhere local. The price was almost half of other websites and the delivery was less than one week and the packaging was great. Customer service is amazing. Wrapped Surprise has a new customer!
