Do NOT buy from this site unless you live in the USA. I ordered an item - it was delivered on time and the item was perfect. It cost me £17 - so great value. HOWEVER, a few weeks later I got an invoice from FedEx saying I had to pay import tax of £43 !!!! - more than double the cost of the item. This item appears to be be sent from USA.... So unless you live in the USA or willing to pay twice the item cost for import tax - then do NOT buy from here - the site also does not make clear that you are liable to for this tax.

Bought the personalized whiskey glass for my husband. All of the lettering came off. Such a huge waste of money!

The carrier tried but failed to deliver Your shipment with tracking number UK884453469YP.

Not once has there been an attempt to deliver, so either the carrier has made a mistake or the site is a complete fraud.

You get a notice the mail doesn't excist.

I received notification that my parcel had been delivered but when I went to track it it showed it had been delivered to Scotland! I have had no communication with the company since. They are ignoring me. This amounts to theft in my view. Avoid this company at all costs

Wrappiness never delivered my product by Christmas as promised. Product ordered December 12 and did not deliver and I am still waiting. Products were confirmed, promise, tracking said, stuck in customs, and somehow they change the date on my order so it looked like my order had not been placed on time!
