I felt assured purchasing my new water softener from this company thanks to their straightforward and personable sales team, who offered a significantly better price than another company’s replacement. The delivery was swift, and I received comprehensive instructions for installation, commissioning, and operation. After a brief email exchange with Paul to clarify a few points, I was able to set up the system myself. Although it was my first experience with this company, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking either a replacement or their first water softener.

I have been using Wrekin water filters successfully for a second year. I ordered a replacement filter recently. Unfortunately one of them may have become damaged in transit which led to a slowdown of the filtration process in my gravity water filter. Wrekin were very prompt in responding to my problem and replaced the filters almost immediately. It is very rare in my experience to have such good aftercare. With all the pollutants in our drinking water and constantly being added it is good to have nice filtered water that doesn’t smell and taste of chlorine using affordable water filters.

I have bought from Wrekin Water for around five years now. Their products are good, and it is easy to order from them. The purchases arrive quickly, and are very well packed. Al in all, I have a good feeling about dealing with the company, and will continue to do so.

The correct filters delivered on time once again. I have deducted one star as the prices seem to have crept up way avove inflation levels and there are cheaper alternatives out there. Be careful not to push your loyal customers in that direction.

The personal service and friendly no nonsense sales team provided me with the confidence to buy my new water softener from them at a far better price than the replacement I was being offered from a different company. High speed delivery and a full set of installation, commissioning and operating instructions were provided and following a quick email to Paul to check a couple of details and I was plumbing in my new system. Whilst I have no previous experience with this company I have no hesitation in recommending them should you be looking for a replacement or your first water softener.

My 11 year old Twintec S3 softener was overfilling. Following a quick phone consultation with Paul at WrekinWater, the problem was easily identified as a leaking riser pipe. They sent out the part for next day delivery. All now working fine. Saved me from an expensive callout from local water softener service engineer, who would have probably written the unit off and tried to flog me a new one for £1,500.

As always a super efficient service from a reliable company

My very old TwinTec water softener had stopped automatically regenerating. I had been manually activating it for far too long and finally bought a G1545 service kit for it. Eventually got around to fitting it and, wonder of wonders, it's auto regenerating again. The kit arrived quickly and obviously contained the right bits otherwise it wouldn't be working! Could not be more pleased.
