A great option for small to mid size shops

We used ShopView and found it to be clunky, a bit unorganized and pricy for our needs. Saw ad for WrenchPilot and decided to take them on for a demo and glad we did. Icredibly userfriendly and intiutive interface, offers all the features in one go and most importantly priced wayyyy lower than we had paid prevoiusly. While large shops and dealerships have eiterh their own software or can afford expensive products, this is certainly a great option for smaller operations like us. We are going to extend our contract with them and adopt it permanently.

Switched from Fullbay and it’s been a lot smoother

We were on Fullbay before and it just felt like too much. Price was pretty high, and honestly it wasn’t very user friendly. Simple things took longer than they should, and getting everyone comfortable on it wasn’t easy in the slightest.

Started using WrenchPilot more recently and it’s been way easier to work with. Didn’t take long to get set up and the guys picked it up pretty quick. Everything’s laid out in a way that actually makes sense, so you’re not wasting time figuring things out.

What I like most is how it helps you stay on top of the business side without trying too hard. You can see what jobs are taking longer than they should, how techs are performing, and where you might be losing money. Makes it easier to adjust things as you go instead of guessing.

It’s just more practical overall. Feels like it was actually built for how shops run day to day, not just thrown together with a bunch of extra stuff you don’t really need.

Straightforward shop software that just works

Been using WrenchPilot in our diesel repair shop for a bit now. Easy setup, clean layout, and our techs picked it up fast. Helps us keep jobs, invoices, and customers organized without extra headaches.
Great fit for independent mechanics or smaller shops that don’t want to pay big-software prices.
