I placed my first order and unfortunately one of the items wasn't in stock as it had been advertised. I received an email to say as much very quickly after the order was placed, offering me a replacement or refund. I gave them a few potential replacements that my son wanted, they selected one at no extra cost and had the order shipped straight away. Figures were as expected, brand new and well-priced.
