The best company, fast service, easy contact with the customer service , all issues resolved quickly and easily. I don't understand the negative opinions,I have never had any problems with this everything is always taken care of on time and without any problems.
If I could give negative stars I would! They are possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with.
We have an autistic son and we had a problem with his wriggle laptop, to be frank they don’t give a shit. Sent it back and they told us there’s nothing wrong with it, got it back after 3 weeks and exactly the same problem (battery died in school) sent it back again and they said there’s a problem with the battery and I would have to pay for a new one. The laptop was under warranty but they said there’s battery wasn’t. Then miraculously they said they have a battery, got it back and it’s exactly the same!
Now the laptop has gone crazy and I can’t get anyone on the phone or through the site!
I don’t know how anyone could use this company!

I posted my own device for configuration late( my mistake ). The device was bought from Wriggle itself. It took 2 weeks for wriggle to configure. Still now they cannot confirm if the item has been shipped to Anpost yet. I have called 10 times and each time I am assured a manager will call me, which never happens. I have been on the phone with the agent Reece for more than 40 minutes now, asking if I could come and personally collect the item. The customer service agent cannot find out if the item has been sent to Anpost for delivery. Finally, I gave up after being 45 mins on the phone.
They are swamped with orders and don't seem to have enough people to execute orders.
Schools should always have a second company as a choice to end this monopoly and relieve parents from stress.
