Where is the shirt and shame on you for selling a pen refill cartridge that doesn't fit the pen
I ordered 4 items and I got 3 of them. The shirt, which was listed as coming from the vendor/manufacturer, has still not arrived. I ordered a pen and, as part of the description of the pen, was a refill cartridge for the pen, which I ordered. The refill cartridge does NOT fit this pen.
