Communication breakdown
I’m fully satisfied with the product, price, and delivery speed.
However, one disappointing thing is that there’s absolutely no communication.
I’ve sent several emails and messages, but not once have I received a reply.
It’s unfortunate — you have a great product, a fair price, and a good reputation, but the lack of communication with customers completely ruins that good image.
