Professional van hire service. I have rented VW Caddy Maxi, it was perfect for bulky items of 2.1 m in length, exactly what I needed it for. Unfortunately the van's clutch started to play-up at the end of moving my stuff and had to be towed back. It's life, things do break, but what I appreciate most is how staff handled it. Called John who goes to the point quickly, which I prefer and respect. Sent their crew to come pick me up and they arrived in about 10 minutes, checked car and the issue. Offered an alternative options to continue and sorted the refunds with no questions asked. Emma was very lovely individual to talk to as well. I would use this service again and recommend to a friend. Thank you 🙏

had been let down at last minute by Enterprise in Kettering, who cancelled my van hire booking, but I was on the road within 10 minutes of calling in at Wrights, at a good price.
Friendly service, no hassle. So much easier to deal with a family company rather than one of the big corporate vehicle hire companies, who let you down.

I hired a 7.5t truck from Wrights and couldn't fault the service or the vehicle. John was professional and personable and the whole process was so easy.

i hired a luton box van, the van was prestine, and drove buttery smooth, the customer service the whole way through was absolutely amazing, and could not have asked for anything more. they even recommended a better for our needs! Would recommend you to anyone!

From start to finish it was a pleasure to hire a Luton box van from this company. The vehicle was a new 22 plate van which was perfect and very comfortable to drive a very long distance.

The communication and customer service from the owner was second to none in everyway. The instruction given on the vehicle and its use was superb and covered everything needed.

The Van I used was a 66 plate Mercedes Sprinter, very clean and great to drive. I was able to collect my things and store them in a really nice 20ft Storage Container and have 24/7 access to my things. Spread the word that Wrights are a company that every company should model themselves on.

Needed a last minute van hire as my one dropped out, heard from somebody to give this company a ring and they did not dissappoint, rang early in the morning and they had sorted me a van within the hour, when I turned up to their yard was very impressed with the fleet range as all of the vans are 16 plate onwards, I recommend asking for Emma as she sorted everything out for me quickly and she was very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Called last minute as a new customer - couldn't have asked for friendlier people and better service options. The vans were new, clean and drove perfectly. Prices are great too! Definitely recommend the guys down at Wrights!
