I am very disappointed with the service I received from this solicitors firm.

My case took far longer than it should have, with long periods of no progress and no communication. I was rarely kept up to date and had to constantly chase for information. Even then, getting a response was difficult.

On several occasions, the staff I spoke to were rude or unhelpful, which only added to the stress of an already frustrating situation. I felt as though my case was not being taken seriously at all.

It was only after I made an official complaint that my case was suddenly dealt with the very next day, which strongly suggests that it could have been resolved much sooner.

Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and delays made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this firm based on my experience.

Shalish Mehta acted for us on a complicated legal isssue that took some time to satisfactorily resolve. Throughout the process Shalish provided expert advice in a friendly and helpful manner. At all times the advice was provided promptly. We would use Shalish again should the need arise.

John Porter is a great solicitor, he has over 30 years of experience and knowledge which was exactly what was needed when he dealt with some more business for us, I cant fault anything he did despite the other party's solicitor being an absolute nightmare nothing phased John he just got on with it and resolved any problems, I have used John for over 10 years now and highly recommend him, nothing is too much trouble and he keeps you informed when there is any news good or bad.

This was my second solicitors, cos 1st one gave me no hope from 1st conversation I understand i don't want them. But Wrigley Claydon solicitors, lawyer name Rhone on 1st phone call gave me such as confidence and felt she want to fight 4 me. She was brilliant, understanding, I know I m not easy person to deal with sometimes, she was always proffesional and friendly, I won the case and I was such a lucky to have this solicitors.

Still stuck in 1795 with the time it had taken for a task at the land registry and got it wrong the first attempt pretty sure they are still using stage coaches to move the mail etc because the fee we paid could definitely pay for the cost of the hay for the horses and bed and board of the driver on his way down to London with my letter maybe they had to pay for a extra coach driver in case mr Turpin was waiting by the roadside

I have had Mohammed Hussain and Sadia Rahman deal with 2 separate things for myself one was the Purchase of a new property 2 years ago and both were very efficient In the whole process from start to finish especially Mohammed Hussain who I could reach out to anytime and got a timely response and update from until the completion was done.

The second was a change of Name on a property that was also handled very smoothly by Mohammed Hussain and Sadia was also very good at getting this completed for me very quickly.

I would highly recommend this firm and use them again in the future if needed.

I was purchasing a property cash in 2020 i get a call cause some charges was on the property apparently it was being sorted 2 and half year in still not sorted then get a call saying there going to send me 100 pound back out of the 400 I paid then when I ask for refund no one calls you back

Got recommended to speak to Wrigley Claydon about the purchase of my property and what an absolute amazing decision it was. Purchasing a property as a first time buyer so not really too familiar with everything but had Mohammed Hussain helping me all the way. Emma Piszkalo was absolutely brilliant in handling the conveyancing for the purchase of our first home. As soon as we realised that our previous solicitors were not up to scratch, we transferred our case to Wrigley Claydon and we are so glad that we did. Because of transferring the case, Emma had only half the time she would normally be afforded and, nearing the completion date (which was right around New Year's with all the bank holidays!), things started to get very busy indeed. Emma worked with us and our mortgage advisor (even putting in overtime) to get us across the finish line just in time! Not only that, but she was very thorough in looking through all of the paperwork and questioning the seller's solicitor. She was patient with our many questions and we really had the sense that she was on our side the whole time. She has a preference for email rather than phone calls (which I prefer as it is clearer, more efficient, and can be easily referenced) but I know others (like my partner) prefer phone calls so bear that in mind. The Wrigley Claydon receptionists were always very kind whenever we called and they always tried to be as helpful as possible when we weren't able to reach Emma by phone. We would strongly recommend Wrigley Claydon, and Emma Piszkalo in particular, for conveyancing. We will certainly be looking to use Wrigley Claydon for any future conveyancing needs as well as considering them for any other legal services.
