I purchased a full bundle from Wrinkles Schminkles and unfortunately had adverse skin reactions to multiple products, including redness, itching and breakouts. The patches also failed to stay on overnight.
I contacted customer support on 11 December to request a return and refund. I was later offered a 50% refund, which I declined because the products are not usable for me. I requested a full refund and offered to return all items, including unopened packs.
To date I have sent 8 emails and received only two responses, neither of which has resolved the issue. I still have no refund and no clear return process.
Based on both the product performance and the lack of proper customer service, I would not recommend this company.
